We hold our own cooking classes in our own restaurants, which makes them UNIQUE, as we'll share with you our experience, as well as our passion for Italian food!

Do you want to learn and make a classic Italian pizza while you are visiting Rome? Join our award-winning pizza-making cooking class near Piazza Navona, in one of the most charming areas of the historic center. Our pizza class in Rome is unique for three reasons: 1. We’ve been doing this for years, and our team is composed of skilled chefs and instructors. 2. Our pizza classes are held in Osteria Pasquino, one of the best restaurants in the historic center of Rome, located on Piazza di Pasquino 1. 3. We don’t just teach you how to make an Italian pizza. We welcome you with complimentary prosecco, which is a gift from the restaurant. After the class, you are seated at the osteria, and you’re being served by the waiters with water, a glass of wine\beer\soda too. You’ll get appetizers (bruschetta), and a limoncello or a coffee after you finish your pizza. We offer our guests a unique experience, where you can get a hands-on experience in pizza-making, but also the Italian restaurant experience, to enjoy the pizza you made. All this takes place in one of the most beautiful, mesmerizing areas of the Eternal City. We can’t wait to see you at our class!

1.00I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was incredibly disappointing. The property itself was beautiful and honestly the best part of the entire experience. Unfortunately, everything else fell far short of expectations. The biggest issue was the person running the class, whom I believe was Giuseppe. His attitude was rude, condescending, and unprofessional throughout the event. He repeatedly yelled at the woman helping with the class, often in front of everyone, which created an uncomfortable atmosphere. He also yelled at children who were participating in the pasta-making portion, which was completely unnecessary and inappropriate. As for the class itself, there was very little actual instruction. We were handed tools and expected to make pasta, but nobody really showed us how to do it. Instead of teaching, we were often criticized for doing things incorrectly. A cooking class should be educational and welcoming, especially for beginners, but this felt more like being scolded than being taught. The instructor frequently made comments that came across as arrogant and belittling, as if he wanted everyone to know how special or talented he was while making participants feel foolish. Rather than encouraging people, he seemed intent on pointing out what they were doing wrong. To make matters worse, he abruptly left while we were eating, apparently upset about something, leaving guests confused. It felt immature and unprofessional. The food at the end was okay—nothing terrible, but nothing memorable either. Overall, the experience did not come close to justifying the cost or expectations. This venue has so much potential because the setting is beautiful. With a different instructor who is patient, respectful, and actually interested in teaching people, this could be a fantastic experience. Unfortunately, as it stands, I would not recommend it.

5.00I went to the pizza cooking class with my family and it was such a great time. Gabriel is so fun to be with and an excellent teacher, he allowed us to have a good experience and learn everything about pizza and Italy! I would 100% recommend this experience, especially with loved ones.

His passion for Italian cuisine, professionalism, and friendly personality made the experience both educational and incredibly enjoyable. Gabriel explained every step of the pizza-making process with patience and enthusiasm, sharing valuable tips while keeping the class fun and engaging. It was clear that he genuinely loves teaching and takes pride in helping his guests create authentic Italian pizza. The entire experience exceeded our expectations. Not only did we learn new cooking skills, but we also gained a deeper appreciation for Italian culinary traditions. Thank you, Gabriel, for an unforgettable experience. We highly recommend this class to anyone visiting Rome and looking for a memorable and authentic activity.
