We will cross Pho Bang - is a town located near the Vietnam-China border, in Dong Van District, Ha Giang Province, approximately 110km from Ha Giang City. This relatively unknown place is home to the Hmong and Chinese communities. Historically, Pho Bang was a bustling trading area in Dong Van District. However, after 1979, when the administrative center of Dong Van District was moved to Dong Van Town, Pho Bang gradually lost its vibrancy. As a result, even today, Pho Bang retains its ancient, pristine, and tranquil beauty, characteristic of a highland town.

A highlight of our tour is a visit to Lung Tam Weaving Village, where the essence of traditional H'Mong linen weaving is meticulously preserved. Nestled in Ha Giang's mountains, Lung Tam village is famed for its Hmong linen weaving tradition. Here, a cooperative established in 1996 preserves this 200-year-old craft. Visitors can witness the process, learn about the culture, and even support local artisans by purchasing beautiful linen products. 5.00We had an amazing time with Huy, our tourguide and Huyen our second easyrider. They brought us to amazing places off the beaten track with stunning views and great activities, such as boatrides, bamboorafting, nice swimmingspots, bambooforests and nice coffeeplaces. The planning was great and the hidden tracks brought us to some remote villages. With Huy we had great discussions about the present and the past of the local vietnamese people living in the Ha Giang area. All in all a great and genuine experience. The chosen homestays were nicely located and super cozy, clean and with lovely families which run them. We had some delicious local food and great coffee. The overall organisation of hazel in the background which was extreamly helpful and responsive rounded the whole trip up. We would definitly recommend choosing Ha Giang Loopers for a trip to explore the authentic and breathtaking north of Vietnam.

5.00We had an amazing 4 days on the road with Huy and Huyen. It was very exhilarating to drive through winding roads and mountain treks. Our guide Huy had a great knowledge of the area and the best views, coffee and food spots to stop along the way. We stayed at beautiful homestays and enjoyed our private room with stunning views. The boat ride, lunch on the bamboo raft and swimming in the cold water were more highlights. Despite it being close to rainy season, we were lucky with the weather and came by with just some small drizzles. I definetly would recommend the tour and book again with Ha Giang Loopers! Hazel also did an amazing job with organizing everything.

5.00Booked a small group Ha Giang tour. Huy my driver and the guide for the trip. I booked for my honeymoon. I enjoyed the scenic look out spots and experiences that we were taken too. The boat rides were fun and Huy took amazing photos of myself and my partner at the different spots; and gave us deep insight into North Vietnam's past and present, based on the areas we were, that felt very important and significant in respecting and appreciating the area and it's people. Minh was my partner's driver. Both were experienced and I deeply appreciate them taking us through lots of difficult terrain, including rain. Some negatives. The bus ride to the meetup point was a bit unpleasant, just because I really had to hold in a wee for about 3 hours before we had a stop at a restaurant. So make sure you're really able to go beforehand.
Had such a great time with Ha giang loopers. They took me through local villages and get to see the ethnic minorities.

5.00I was on a 4days round-trip expedition through the Ha Giang Loop. The expedition leader was Tony (Toan). The trip was exciting, and Tony took great care of the whole group, ensured our safety, and looked after us exceptionally well. The motorcycles were ridden by very experienced drivers, with whom we felt completely safe, which allowed us to fully enjoy the breathtaking scenery and the beautiful nature of Vietnam. I highly recommend an expedition with this company, especially if Tony is leading the team.

5.00We joined the 4-day, 3-night Ha Giang Loop tour with your company, and honestly, we never expected it to be such an incredible experience. Without any doubt, this has been the number one travel experience of our lives so far—not only in Vietnam, but among all the trips we have ever taken around the world. Your company was recommended to us by some Australians we met by chance during our travels, and we are so happy that we chose to go with you. We traveled in a small group with only three other guests, who turned out to be wonderful people, so the journey was not only breathtaking in terms of scenery but also emotionally memorable thanks to the atmosphere created by your team. Tony (Toan) was our guide and also my driver. We honestly cannot imagine this trip being anywhere near as special, emotional, and unforgettable without him. He is a huge part of what makes this experience so exceptional, and we would recommend your company together with him without hesitation. We are sure you may have many excellent guides, but Tony truly stands out. His English is excellent, he is kind, respectful, professional, and incredibly attentive. He constantly checked whether everyone was comfortable, happy, and safe. He genuinely cared about every member of the group. Although he is a young man, he made us feel completely looked after throughout the entire journey. One of the most important things for us was safety. I do not normally ride motorcycles, yet I felt comfortable and secure at all times. The riding was smooth, responsible, and professional, allowing us to fully relax and enjoy the experience. The landscapes of Ha Giang are simply beyond words. The views were breathtaking and often left us speechless. Many times we found ourselves recording not only the scenery but also our thoughts and emotions, just so we could remember these moments when we return home. The entire tour was perfectly organized. We were specifically looking for a company known for safety, small groups, beautiful accommodations, and authentic local experiences, and your company exceeded every expectation. The accommodations were wonderful, the food was delicious, and every detail seemed carefully planned. It is very rare for us to finish a trip and not be able to find a single thing that could have been done better. In this case, we honestly cannot think of one negative comment. Everything was excellent. This tour is not simply about riding through beautiful mountains. It is an immersive experience that combines adventure, culture, nature, and human connection. Every day brought new experiences—meeting local people, learning about Vietnamese culture, swimming in waterfalls and rivers, taking a boat ride through spectacular scenery, enjoying authentic local food, and sharing unforgettable evenings with the group. By the end of the tour, it felt like we were leaving friends behind rather than simply finishing a trip. That is something very rare and very special. If we had to describe this experience in one word, it would be: perfection. Thank you, Tony, and thank you to the entire team for giving us memories that will stay with us for the rest of our lives. From the accommodations, the landscapes, to the most important: the travel companions, especially Toan (Tony), truly, it has been incredible. We have not lacked anything at any moment. From the moment we arrived in Vietnam, this was exactly the kind of adventure we were looking for: the routes, the views, the thrills — everything was incredible. I love that he also cares so much about safety; in our case we did the tour without an easy driver and it was fantastic. The accommodation was great, the route felt wonderfully authentic, and the food was delicious! We enjoyed it so much, and it’s wonderful to look back on this experience with such fondness. The group was also amazing, and the other drivers were really lovely too.

5.00I spent 4 days and 3 nights with Huy. I can already say it will be a highlight of my trip to Vietnam. I couldn't imagine seeing such an amazing place. Concerning Huy, I want to thank him for his hospitality and his kindness. And for the hidden secret gems 😂😂 I felt safe all the way. Spoiler : Day 3 will be unforgettable 100% highly recommended!
