  There was plenty of room for luggage for me and family. Could fit 10 pieces of luggage and hold five people in the SUV. Kevin patiently waited at arrivals outside luggage area and called me upon arrival. He was friendly and knowledgeable. It was a quick 30 minute drive from airport to World Trade Center cruise ship terminal. He helped us load and unload all our luggage.

  Kevin was great. He first contacted us a day before our trip just to reconfirm and give instructions on the meeting point. Upon our arrival, after baggage claim we proceeded to the drivers pick up zone inside the airport by Go Natural cafe. And from that point on it was a smooth and safe drive to our hotel. Car was clean and comfortable. Would recommend this service and will certainly book again.

  My experience was good!! It was easy to book and I was able to connect with my driver Kevin ahead of time, we chatted through WhatsApp. He was very flexible as I had another friend who was coming in but at a different time. I constantly communicated with him with our arrivals and location. Once we connected he drove us to the hotel and provided good communication, even recommended some sights. Too bad we didn’t have more time to check out the places he suggested, they sounded nice. Would definitely book again when traveling internationally.

  Everything was perfect. We had great communication with the driver. The process was so smooth. He was friendly and helpful. The van was comfortable and very nice. We had 5 adults with lots of luggage, and there was plenty of room for everything.

  II was contacted a few days before the journey and the day before, to confirm details from my perspective. On the day, Kevoin, the driver sent me a message about 40 minutes before scheduled pickup, asking me to reply to him once I was in the lobby. I did and immediaytley received a "live" Google maps update of his location. The vehicle was extremely keena dn Kevin most hopeful.

  Kevin was on time and contact was fast after I booked. We booked this shuttle from the cruise ship to the airport at 5:00 PM the day before. We needed to be at the airport by 8:30 AM the next day, I booked immediately when I saw that the time was available and we contacted each other immediately. Kevin the driver made me feel comfortable booking the trip, I knew he was going to be dependable, which he was. The car was very clean and he was very professional. Thank you again!!

  Kevin did a most excellent job delivering us from the Barcelona airport to the gangway of Virgin Valiant Lady very quickly. He waited for over an hour for us to clear customs and get to his SUV. Time was tight to get from the airport to the ship before we sailed. Kevin did a marvelous job getting us to the ship so we could enjoy our amazing 7 day Mediterranean Cruise.
