Worst transfer puck up ever. We were not met at the arrivals area he didn't even come looking for us until a local got involved. Generally you expect them to be standing with a sign waiting for you. Ours was late and stayed in their car outside. 26 mins later a local.had to call them for us. Not a very good service at all.

The driver was waiting for us outside the airport and was easy to find. He was friendly and took us straight to our villa with no problems at all. At the end of the holiday he arrived on time to take us back to the airport. Perfect!

I arranged for transportation with Satevan from our hotel to MSC cruise port . Driver was waiting for us at reception on time. He spoke English and was very pleasant. On return we had arranged in advance for transportation from port to airport. We ran into a little snag getting off the ship on our designated time but once off we were able to communicate with the driver for pick up at our planned pick up spot. we had a different driver than before. Driver did not speak much English but we could communicate well enough. He got us to the airport without any troubles. Was pleased with service and would recommend to anyone that needs to arrange transfers in advance. They are very reliable!
