5.00Jade has the presence of the warmest soul. Being a native, he is incredibly knowledgeable about the country and will give you a rundown of the major landmarks as you pass them. He is incredibly punctual as well and goes out of the way to make you comfortable on the cab ride. Highly recommend!

5.00If I could give Jade more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. From start to finish, he went out of his way to make sure we had the best experience possible. Not only was he reliable and professional, but he truly cared about making our trip smooth and enjoyable. He constantly checked in, gave us helpful tips, educated us on the area, and made sure we were comfortable every step of the way. You can tell he takes pride in what he does — this wasn’t just a service, it felt like we had someone genuinely looking out for us. 5.00Not usually one to leave reviews but Jade made such a good impression I had to. Got off a long flight feeling pretty drained and there he was, punctual and friendly, making the whole thing completely effortless. Car was spotless, drive was smooth and I got to the hotel feeling relaxed and refreshed. Having a reliable, friendly face at arrivals set the tone for the whole trip. Would absolutely book again.
