Embark on a private boat trip with our experienced skippers. Your exclusive adventure begins at the stunning Balos Lagoon. We need 30 minutes to get there. Dive into its crystal-clear waters, snorkel, or relax on the boat and enjoy the magic scenery. You will have the opportunity to go to the beach, since we will come enough close to the shore and drop you off, without needing to swim a lot. Enjoy the lagoon at your own leisure for around two hours. Then, we will travel for 10 minutes to reach picturesque Gramvousa Island. There, we will stay one hour and you will have the chance to hike, explore the fortress, and take some breathtaking panoramic views. While making unforgettable memories, taste some delicious Cretan flavors, that we prepared for you and drink refreshing drinks. Next, we need 15 minutes to visit Agios Sozon, a place where the serene atmosphere captivates us and the wild nature gives peace to the soul. The pristine, crystalline waters make it an ideal location for swimming. We will spend approximately 50 minutes there, reveling in its natural beauty and tranquility. Our wonderful cruise will come to an end with a 15-minute trip back to the place where we started.

5.00Highlight of family vacation to Crete. Easy communication with clear instructions. Greeted at dock by Alex and Konstantinos. Fun music, great snacks and cold drinks. Our 3 young boys (under 12 years) had the time of their lives. Balos is gorgeous and worth seeing. We hiked the fortress too. Would highly recommend Chania Sea Experience for a wonderful day.

5.00Had an amazing day with Alex. Balos was practically empty when we got there and Alex knew exactly when to leave do we would have the same experience at Gramvousa island. Then on to a secluded swimming spot with the bluest water I have ever seen. Lunch was delicious and the boat was so comfortable, plenty of room for the 5 of us to spread out and lounge. Definitely the highlight of our trip!!

5.00Perfect for a family trip. Alexis is your Captain! He knows his business and the way to avoid the crowds at each spot. Landscapes were amazing 🤩 The boat was comfortable for the eighth of us, clean, well maintained, with shade for whoever wants it. Beverages and dakos were plenty and delicious 😋 Thank you Alex for hosting us. We hope to come back and sail with you again... Maybe fishing next time 😎.

5.00Very good trip and I would recommend everyone to sail with Alexis as captain. We had booked a private trip in which we went to balos beach and had some stops for fishing along the way. Everything well arranged and enough drinks and lunch was provided.

5.00Amazing experience today with Alex! Seamless coordination via WhatsApp was excellent and responsive. Went to Balos Lagoon and Gramvousa island. Rode on a VERY fast boat. Hold on to your hats! Great time and would do again. 100/10.

5.00We just had the best day out! Alex was a fantastic skipper. We had our 10 month old with us and Alex made sure we felt comfortable everywhere we stopped and even watched him while he slept on the boat so we had a chance to have a proper swim. The communication and organisation beforehand was great too - it was my husband’s birthday during our boat trip and the team helped me organise a surprise cake!

5.00Our day with Chania Sea Experience was absolutely perfect! We booked the Balos and Beyond tour and couldn’t have asked for a better skipper than Alex. He was professional, knowledgeable, and made the whole trip so enjoyable. The boat was comfortable, the sandwiches were delicious and the scenery was breathtaking, and Alex took us to some incredible spots we’ll never forget. Truly one of the highlights of our time in Crete -highly recommend!
