Immerse yourself in a private pasta-making class at a local's home, learn the secrets of the region's most famous pasta dishes and taste the fruit of your labour accompanied by a glass of local wine.
During the lesson, the local home cook will reveal the tricks of the trade of 3 authentic regional pasta recipes. Have fun putting your cooking skills to the test. Each participant will have a workstation equipped with utensils and all the ingredients to make the dishes. Then, taste everything you have prepared accompanied by a selection of red and white local wines.
This experience is held by Cesarine: Italy’s oldest network of 1000+ home cooks all over the country in more than 500 cities. They are passionate and welcoming hosts that open the doors of their own homes to curious travellers for immersive culinary experiences.

5.00This was a highlight of our trip. Antonella was amazing. She was patient with our two kids as she taught us to cook pasta. Her house was gorgeous and she invited us in and was so friendly. The food also was amazing and she’s sharing the recipes with us so we can make it back at home. This tour could be for adults or families as anyone can enjoy this.

5.00Grazia was very wonderful to me and my son, guiding us with such care as we learned to cook pasta from making dough to pasta shapes. The whole experience was truly lovely. Grazia and her family were incredibly kind and even shared dinner with us, which made the moment feel especially meaningful during the Christmas season. 5.00My mom and I had an amazing time learning to make pasta with Maurizio. We made 3 pastas, each with a different sauce, and tiramisu. The recipes were delicious and unique, but simple enough that we will try to recreate them at home. We ate so much food and he even sent us home with the leftovers! It was truly a unique and unforgettable experience.

5.00Such a great experience! Paola's location was a short uber ride from the cruise port. We learned to make 3 types of pasta and then she prepared 3 wonderful dishes. Will never forget this fantastic experience! Grazie Paola!

5.00Learn to make pasta from a local. Andrea and Graziella were very warm and friendly. Interesting conversation accompanied the pasta making. You'll also enjoy a great view over Catania. A must do if you would like a one of a kind memory.

5.00Spending a morning with Graziella and Andrea (Brian 😉) was a highlight of our trip. We not only learned how to make a delicious pasta, we also learned how to hand-roll the dough. The ridges of the pasta really make the difference! We've already ordered the items we learned to use yesterday and are excited to make them in our home soon. Graziella and Andrea welcomed us into their home where we instantly felt like family. If you're on the fence, book the class; you will not regret it!!
