5.00We had friends visiting from Italy for my brother’s wedding and wanted to show them an authentic side of Mumbai. We booked a tour with Mumbai Tour Vision and had an incredible experience. Gurmit, the owner, was very responsive and explained everything clearly. Our driver Mohan picked us up from JW Marriott Sahar at 10 am in a clean and comfortable SUV. We met our guide Divya at Third Wave Coffee, where she gave us a clear and thoughtful briefing. Divya was knowledgeable, kind and made the tour very engaging. We did a 90-minute walking tour of Dharavi, exploring plastic recycling, leather production, textiles and pottery. The tour ended at Kumbharwada around 12:30 pm, where Mohan was waiting with the air-conditioned car ready for us — a welcome relief in the heat. Even though it wasn’t in our original plan, we asked to visit the open-air laundry (Dhobi Ghat) and Gurmit happily accommodated our request. We loved the flexibility and warm hospitality throughout. The tour was well organised, everything was included, and the guide offered water and fruits whenever needed at no extra cost. This was truly one of the best tour experiences I’ve had in India. I highly recommend Mumbai Tour Vision to anyone visiting Mumbai. Hats off to Gurmit, Divya and Mohan for making it so special!

5.00Guru was a knowledge guide with a great attitude and flexible on how our day went, ending with us taking him with us to dinner to watch the cricket World Cup!! He stood by his morals and didn’t sacrifice them to lead you to his “buddy’s” shop or restaurant (when he could earn an easy commission), but stuck to leading us to only the best spots in the city he knew so well. We were sad we didn’t have one more day with him guiding us through the chaos of Mumbai. Thanks, Guru!

The company took good care of us, with a comfortable car, refreshments, and clean washrooms. The tour was very interesting and different from what I expected. I highly recommend Mumbai Tour Vision & Guide Divya !

5.00Wow, what an experience! I did the Dharavi Slum tour with Gurmit and it was amazing. The energy of the city is infectious and Gurmit's knowledge and passion made it so much more than just a tour. We navigated the narrow alleys, tried some delicious street food and chai, and even squeezed in a visit to Dhobhi Ghat and Crawford Market. I was blown away by the resilience and resourcefulness of the people living in Dharavi. Highly recommend this tour to anyone looking for a real taste of Mumbai!

5.00I just got back from the Dharavi slum tour with Mumbai Tour Vision and I'm still blown away - what an eye-opening experience! As a first-timer in Mumbai, I wasn't sure what to expect, but our guide Diva was amazing, showing us the ropes and sharing her own perspective as a resident of the slum. From the crazy plastic recycling process to the leather market and pottery makers, it was all so fascinating. And yeah, trying the Indian chai tea was a highlight too! Diva's passion and knowledge made the tour feel really authentic and organic - I'd definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a real taste of Mumbai's slum culture.
