5.00Great way to see the island. Daniel could not have made it easier for us. Communication was great. The vehicle was perfect for what we needed. Drop off was so convenient when we were done. Will definitely rent again when on the island.

2.00I rented a 7 passenger vehicle far in advance for my day in Bonaire. My sister had the same reservation but at a different time. I messaged them the morning of to ask for a later pick up and they informed me my reservation was being canceled. They said the vehicle had been in an accident the day before. I understand these things are out of their control so I asked for help with another vehicle, even if it was smaller. They were able to get me a much smaller 5 passenger. It was a very tight squeeze but I was just grateful the day wasnt completely ruined for my whole family. BUT I never received a reimbursement, considering I paid for a much larger vehicle than I received. The vehicle also did not come with the cooler and drinks like the website states which was disappointing as I was looking forward to that convenience.
