  My group of six enjoyed this tour. We hit an exceptional weather day in Ketchikan and Tristan made the most of it. The sights we enjoyed and learned about the area while at it. Neat vehicle made it even better.

• Book this not cruise ship offerings ! So fun and much more personal!

  Don’t book a cruise ship tour! Book this instead! This was a huge highlight of our trip! Local knowledge and information was awesome! Guides are super nice and very knowledgeable! Bus was cool and comfortable! Loved it thank you!

  Tristan is very knowledgeable about all things wildlife in Ketchikan. We had so much fun with him and he went above and beyond for us. Highly recommend this tour if you want something different without big crowds.

  Tristan was very knowledgeable and kind to our family. The VW was a treat to ride in around the area. He explained a lot of information about the town, mountains, sea levels, eagles, etc. Tristan answered our questions easily and shared as much as he could in our timeframe. The local waterfall was next to the side of the road and many tour operators stop here for the photo opportunity. Tristan was not hurriedly getting us through this as the other guides were. We appreciated his patience, helping some of us up through the stones and took our pictures. It was a nice day with a great personal touch.

  Tristan does an excellent job of touring, explaining, and allowing some personal time with the environment. Our family thoroughly enjoyed the experience. It didn't hurt that our day was sunny.

  My husband booked this tour instead of going on a group tour with people from the cruise ship. Th owner took us to several places outside of town and we got to see several eagles, birds, bears, fish, and native star fish. The tour was awesome! I would recommend this tour versus going on a group tour as the group tours we encountered rushed everyone back on the bus. The owner was very knowledgeable about the area and the wildlife. I did not hear or see that knowledge coming from the group tour operators.

  Tristan, born and raised in Ketchikan took us on a tour of the city, excellent tour guide, very knowledgeable, very pleasant and very accommodating. Fantastic. Try his tour bus, definitely worth it

  Perfect way to see more than the usual tourist stops in Ketchikan. Tristan and Ashley are longtime residents that can show you the natural beauty of the island. The VW bus is just fun icing on the cake!

  This was by far our favorite excursion during our Alaskan Cruise! Getting picked up right at Ward Cove, and getting an early start at Herring Cove for bear watching before the crowds, was amazing. Tristan was an awesome guide and his VW bus was a beautiful ride. He was very knowledgeable about the area and this was the perfect way for us to explore Ketchikan on our limited time in port. • Ultimate Way to Enjoy Natural Ketchikan

  Having a private tour with 2 residents was the perfect way to see Ketchikan from a different point of view. Tristan and Ashley shared their favorite spots and shared their knowledge of the local flora and fauna. The Bus is also so cool!
