Wat Phra That Doi Suthep

Then climb the staircase to the top, admire the Lanna style golden pogoda covered with engraved gold plates, flanked by four ornamental umbrellas and enjoy the complete panoramic views of whole Chiang Mai city and wonderful countryside landscape.

Then visit tunnel temple named Wat Umong, completely different from other typical temples. Enter the tunnels of Wat Umong and see the impressive Buddha images. It doesn’t matter what religion you have. When you go inside the tunnel, it whispers to you the secrets of this world and old history of this temple built in 1297.
