Oia's Main Street
After a convenient pick up head to the northern part of the island and embrace the best of Oia village. Unique in every way with the most spectacular sunset, iconic blue domed churches, scenic pathways and stunning views. One of the most photographed places in Greece, Oia is situated on the top of an impressive cliff and offers a spectacular view over the volcano and the Aegean sea. The village has several cultural attractions such as: The Maritime museum, traces of a Venetian fortress and Captains houses. You may as well explore the large shopping area and relax in one of the several open-air cafes. The world famous sunset in Oia is available by choosing an afternoon departure.
Akrotiri Archaeological Site
(Optional visit) Explore Akrotiri Archaeological Site and go back into time to marvel the secrets and wonders of this lost ancient city. This 4000 year old Bronze age settlement prospered for centuries before being eradicated by a great volcanic eruption. Eventually it was buried in Volcanic Ash, which ironically helped to protect the artifacts from being destroyed. Stroll through the ancient walls and take a glimpse of a Minoan town with the 3-story buildings, well preserved frescoes, an elaborate drainage system and much more.

5.00Alex was a phenomenal private tour guide for our family. He listened to all of our needs and wants and took great care of us. He made sure to get us to the best photo ops in Oia but also made sure that we saw the island well beyond that.

5.00If you’re lucky enough to have Thanos as your guide in Santorini, you are in for an unforgettable experience. He was, without question, the best tour guide we have ever had. From the moment we met him, he went above and beyond in every possible way. Our teenagers loved him so much they wanted to take pictures with him, and our 10-year-old declared that Thanos was the best part of our entire trip. He held my elderly mother’s hand while walking to make sure she was comfortable and safe, helped us avoid long lines so we could capture incredible family photos, kept us supplied with cold bottled water, showed us wonderful local spots like a bakery, and even had towels ready when my son decided to jump into the ocean. Throughout the day, he was attentive, knowledgeable, kind, patient, and genuinely invested in making our family’s experience special. His warmth, energy, and thoughtfulness made us feel completely welcomed and cared for. Thanos is truly a first-class guide and the GOLD standard for hospitality. We cannot recommend him highly enough.

5.00Out guide Thanos was the greatest. So positive and genuine. He is 12th generation Santorinian and knew everything about the island. He took us around the island to all the sites at the best times to avoid the crowds.

5.00The highlight of our trip! We had an amazing 6-hour tour of Santorini thanks to Kostas. He is incredibly kind, professional, and packed full of local knowledge. He showed us the best views and shared so much history with us. If you're visiting Santorini, definitely ask for Kostas!

5.00I'd like to recognize our tour guide Kostas who made our experience feel very special! Kostas was passionate, extremely knowleadgable about the history and the cuture of the city of Santorini. He shared his love about Santorini and at the same time made us fell in love for this beautiful place! I was very satisfied, learned a lot about the vines and other things but definitely looking forward for another trip, exclusively in Santorini to spend more time to discover other sites. It was way too short!

His knowledge of Santorini, its history, culture, traditions, and people brought the island to life in a way we never could have experienced on our own.
