  Lack of communication. Never received photos that where able to be taken due to the tardniness of photographer where the communication wasn’t clear on the meeting area which was changed twice.

• Last Minute Cancellation

  Cancelled on me day of I believe. Viator did not send an email nor text that it had been cancelled. Drove to the meeting point, contacted support and THAT was when I found out it was cancelled.

  Horrible experience just like all the other reviews say, the photographer has horrible communication and did not send back our photos. I booked about 2-3 weeks before our trip and chose to wait to pay till day before session just in case, which I guess didn’t really matter. A few days before the session I messaged him asking if we should change the time/day due to possible rain and he took about 2 days to respond and we settled on the original time and day then we arrived at the meet up spot a few minutes early and were already feeling nervous on if we were being scammed because he was about 15 minutes late. He walked us over to the spot on the beach for photos and he was very nice and accommodating and showed us some of the pictures on his camera once we were done and said we should receive them in 2-3 days however, we never received them! About a week after I messaged him and received no response nor any prior communication from him on an expected timeframe of possible delay and after a week and a half I requested a refund on the app. I’ve been notified I should be receiving a refund so we’ll see… Very disappointing and upsetting overall because these were maternity pictures and would’ve been a great memory for our family of this trip.

• NO SHOW!!! Do not book this photographer.

  Photographer stood us up. We waited for over an hour and texted and called him. We still have not received refund. The restaurant we waited in said that he does this often and if he shows up he is consistently late. Do not book this package. He stood up a couple a few weeks ago who were doing their gender reveal she was heartbroken.

• Disappointing

  Our photographer for our gender reveal didn't show up. After speaking to employees at restaurant , "at meeting point" he is know for being late and not showing up. We had to just rush to beach and take phone pictures to do our gender reveal. This was so disappointing. Please book elsewhere. Wouldn't want anyone to go through what we went through.

• Stunning photos, not so great service

  As much as I want to give a great review for Nzaandi, this experience was not the best. Good behind the camera, but general professionalism lacked. Photos turned out great, but here’s my experience: - Communication was not good and a bit aggravating. Had to outreach multiple times to confirm details. Was to a point that on the day of we were unsure whether the shoot was happening or not. - Timeliness: He arrived 30mins late to our shoot and we had a tight timeline which left us with only 15mins to shoot. We did have issues with our resort allowing him access which did delay us time, but again - we lost so much time given inability to show up on time. - Photos were beautiful and he captured our moments, but I still am left not wanting to recommend to future clients. If professionalism can be fixed then I would say great.

  The photographer was nice and worked with us at our comfort. He helped us with different poses and views, pictures are nice, but the editing could have been better. We got pictures in less than 1 week time window.

• A Scam

  Do NOT do this excursion. Nzaandi took our photos and never sent them to us. We have contacted him on what’s app and viator 10+ times. He responded about a week after and said he’d have them to us that night. It has been over a week and a half and he has ghosted us again.

  Although it rained we still made the best of this photoshoot and the rain had cleaned out quickly, photos came out great and would highly recommend Nzaandi!
