Our experienced guides will take you into the slot canyon on a private tour. This tour avoids almost all other tourists and provides stunning morning light. Most days we shoot for an hour before seeing another person.
It's perfect for using a tripod in those low light situations when you need a slower shutter speed. Even if you're only using a smartphone, we can help you get the best shots no matter what camera you have!
We'll board at the main shop on Center st. and the drive is about 40 minutes each way. Guests spend and hour + shooting the best light of the day.

Peek-A-Boo Slot Canyon
We will pick you up from our main office in downtown Kanab. From there our guides will drive you in our 4x4 Land Cruiser’s across sandy trails to the head of the slot canyon. From there we will enter the canyon and begin exploring and taking pictures. Once the tour is over, our guides will drive you back to our main office.

5.00Absolutely fantastic photo tour. I spent the early morning with Saunders in Peekaboo Canyon. His knowledge of the light patterns and recommendations once inside were spot on. If you are looking for some slot canyon images, don’t pass this one up. We will definitely be back for other missions as Saunders is a skilled photographer and can take a guest to a number of other great locations, I am certain.

5.00Most excellent trip. The owner / tour guide is excellent. Very knowledgeable in photography and the area. Would recommend this trip to anyone. We took the early morning trip and had the canyon to ourselves as we arrived there well before any of the other tours. Can't say enough about Saunders the the owner / tour guide. Would take this trip again.

5.00We had booked our tour with another company, but immediately signed up with Saunders Clark instead. We found his shop by accident while walking Kanab, and we are so thrilled to have made the switch! Instead of a crowd of 10 people during the hottest part of the day, we were able to do a private tour early in the morning before any other groups had arrived. We had the canyon all to ourselves. This was so important because I could take the time to set up my camera on a tripod for better shots. Saunders even gave us excellent tips for using our iPhones more effectively. I have degrees in archaeology and geology, but Saunders taught me things I did not know. He was conversational, very knowledgeable and approachable. He helped a beginner like me with my camera setup. Then he was able to answer my questions about Kanab events and history with equal aplomb! Highly recommended. We will book again.

5.00Our tour of Peek-A-Boo slot canyon was fabulous. Saunders was a fantastic guide. He offered great advice for taking the best pictures and helpful iPhone tips. We will definitely book another tour with him and highly recommend his company.
