1.00This is by far the worse airport transportation I have ever encountered. The lack of communication was unbelievable. The only person that took accountability was the supervisor I had to speak to after the second call! I almost missed my flight because of them. What made it worse was the communication I did notice was the driver they sent me, made a call to someone else to do a pick up passengers from SANDALS because he was going to be late for their 2pm pickup. How crazy was this?! Anyway will never book this company or recommended to anyone else.

2.00We bought a round trip transfer from Maurice Bishop airport to Raison Beach Resort in Grenada. After having got luggages, we went out looking for the driver; we waited for more than 20 minutes, no sight of him or her. We went around asking people there, showing them ticket. Nobody seemed to know what was the issue. Finally, a person who works for Sandals allowed us to drive in one of Sandals' van

5.00Our driver was amazing! As soon as we exited the airport, a nice gentleman was near the doorway with a sign bearing our names. He immediately escorted us to the company dispatch area where a driver greeted us and placed our luggage into the truck and whisked us away to our resort. The same driver picked us up from the resort and drove us back to the airport. He was punctual and professional. Both of the vehicles we were transported in were clean (inside and outside) and air conditioned. All fees were prepaid, and other than tips, we didn’t have to worry about credit card payment or cash exchange. It felt great to have reliable transportation waiting for us at the airport and picking us up at the resort at a designated time. We definitely recommend this service!
