  (ENGLISH BELOW) Tomé una clase particular de tango con Laurence/Lolo el 26 de mayo 2026. Era una maestra perfectamente paciente con muy buenas explicaciones. Fue mi primera vez en una clase de tango y aprendí mucho: Laurence me dió datos individualizados porque soy un bailarín de otro estilo de baile. Además cuando me equivoqué Laurence me dijo una indicación con toda simpatía y nunca me sentí mal. Habla perfectamente español e inglés, y comunicamos en ambos idiomas. Explicó también muchas cosas sobre la cultura de tango y me dió un lugar donde puedo observar tango auténtico en la ciudad. Les recomiendo 100% una clase con Lolo para alumnos de cualquier nivel de baile. I took a private tango lesson with Laurence/Lolo on May 26, 2026. She was a perfectly patient instructor with very wonderful explanations. This was my first time in a tango class and I learned a lot: Laurence gave me individualized information as I am a dancer in another style. Moreover, whenever I made a mistake, Laurence explained everything with complete kindness and never made me feel bad. She spoke Spanish and English perfectly, and we communicated in both languages. She also explained many things about tango culture and told me a place where I could observe authentic tango in the city. I 100% recommend a class with Lolo for students of any level of dance experience.

  As tourists, we were looking for a fun local activity and the private tango lesson was perfect. The teacher spoke excellent English, explained everything clearly, and made us feel comfortable right away. A great way to experience tango culture!

  LoLo was terrific made the entire experience rewarding for this newbie. She is elegant, patient, professional and encouraging. I learned a great deal and can only imagine how much fun this will be to pursue further.

  Laurence Martin (LOLO) is a treasure. Everything you would hope for in a dance instructor: gentle, patient, passionate, knowledgeable, experienced, funny, talented, and most of all joyful in the artform. One of us has a background in dance and one of us does not (to out it lightly). She beautifully navigated both our skill sets so we could dance together in a way that didn’t feel impossible for the novice or boring for the expert. She’s a MUST!

  I am very thankful for a great tango lesson! I had never danced before and my dancing skills are very basic, but I didn’t want to miss the opportunity to try tango in Buenos Aires. Laurence turned it into a wonderful experience — she is not only very knowledgeable, but also very welcoming and encouraging. Time flew by!

  A great way to get a taste for tango in only 1 hour! Lolo is such a patient instructor with a true passion for tango and wanting her students to improve. Highly recommend!!

  A real pleasure to discover Argentine tango with Laurence, total immersion in the Argentine culture and atmosphere through tango, its codes, its history. Laurence is solar, caring and patient. Highly recommended activity for happiness 😉

  I had a wonderful experience with Lolo! An approach to dance, a look of her on tango, that allowed me to delve into the rhythms, the forms, the secrets of dance, and accompanied by Lolo who put the body to a beautiful class! It was a process, as I took several classes, and I recommend anyone who wants to have a contact with the multiple tickets that tango offers, for pleasure, or professionally! Don't miss Lolo if you're in Bs As!
