On this tour we would like to cover the main sites of interest throughout the fascinating region of Cappadocia: panoramic views, historic buildings, carved churches, villages, valleys, who witnessed volcanoes and erosion, empires and battles, for hundreds and hundreds of years. Our visit includes, for example, amazing and diverse sites such as the Open Air Museum of Göreme, the town of Cavusin, Pasabag or Monks Valley, the town of Avanos, a former caravanserai and the Göreme valley from its many viewpoints, on the way back. Open Air Museum of Göreme: World Heritage Site, here we can see not only a beautiful landscape but amazing examples of rock-carved churches, with interesting frescoes inside. Cavusin: a charming village between Göreme and Avanos. There you can visit, for example, the impressive church of Saint John Baptist and generally the whole ancient site of old Çavuşin, dug into a promontory of rock that stands in the views of the village. Avanos: This town is best known for its traditional pottery and handmade crafts, so there you can visit the workshops of master potters, carved into the rock. Here we can take a break for lunch. On the way we will make a quick stop at Pasabag, with amazing views from a small, sandy hill and spectacular fairy chimneys. Caravanserais: The caravanserais were old hostelries for travelers and caravans and were very important in this region. In this tour we propose you to visit the Sarihan, a thirteenth-century Seljuk caravanserai, where you can see presentation of the whirling dervishes and their spiritual dance Sema, every night.

The tour has been guided by Edu, he is a good guide, knowledgeable of his city and the Spanish language. I have not given him the five points because I think that the groups should be a little smaller, it is difficult to move so many people, a lot of time is wasted in regrouping ...

Pinar is the most wonderful guide I have ever had. She knows a lot and shares her knowledge with the people in the tour. It is really clear that she loves what she does. We even canceled other trip we had with another agency just to keep traveling with Pinar.

Pinar was very professional, funny and full of knowledge. We were so delighted with her walking tour in the morning that we booked her afternoon tour by ferry, we arrived on Istanbul Asian side, Pinar took us to the best places to visit and to eat with lots of food samples.
