Nami Island
Introduction Nami Island is 63 kilometers away from Seoul in the direction of Chuncheon, and is famous for its beautiful tree lined roads. The island is 30 minutes away from Chuncheon and an hour away from the suburbs of Seoul. Since it is not far from Seoul, many couples and families come to visit. In the middle of the isle, there is a grass field about 316,320 square yards. It features education and training facilities and camping sites. The island also has a swimming pool and water-sports facilities for motorboats and water skiing, as well as a theme park with a merry-go-round, shooting range, and roller skating rink. Lodging facilities such as resort villas and bungalows are available for visitors to stay on the island. ● One of the most famous tourist destinations in Korea ● In the past, Nami was young people visiting place for a date, and now it has become an international tourist attraction that foreigners often visit after the Winter Sonata aired in 2003
Alpaca World
Introduction Alpaca World is located in the clean, green forests of Hongcheon, Gangwon State, and is an alpaca-themed travel destination where one can meet animals enjoying natural lives up close. There are about 50 cute alpacas in the Andes Eco range, a replica of the mountainous terrain of the Andes in South America. The Relaxing stroll with Alpacas program is one of Alpaca World's representative experiences where visitors can take a walk and interact with alpacas in the green forest. Also, there is an Alpaca Playground, where guests can interact with alpacas in a square with a large lawn, and a Birds' Garden, which makes one feel like they have entered a fairy tale world the moment the door is opened. The Alpaca World also offers fun activities and a variety of animals, including deer, rabbits, goats, ostriches, camels, owls, and eagles.

5.00Alfonso is very attentive to our desire of what we like to see. He helped us taking our pictures. He explained lots about the Korean's culture. Lunch was great. Overall, we enjoyed our day so much.

5.00Our tour guide BJ was great! He has a lot of knowledge and was fun to spend the day with. Definitely worth spending the extra money making the tour private.

A Scenic Tour Outside of Seoul

5.00Our private guide, Mr Kim, brought us to the Gapyeong Rail Park where we had a very enjoyable bike ride around the scenic rail track. Then we took a boat across to Nami Island and strolled around the island. Mr Kim later introduced us to dakgalbi (stir-fried spicy chicken) for dinner, which is a local specialty around Nami area. This was followed by a beautiful light up at the Garden of Morning Calm, which wrapped up a wonderful trip outside of Seoul.

5.00We had a very enjoyable time with Mr. Chance Kim at Nami and Morning Calm. He was punctual in picking us up and drove smoothly through traffic to our destinations. Mr Kim spoke good English, was humorous and shared his good knowledge of the places we visited. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable guide to Seoul. Thank you, Mr Kim!

5.00This was an excellent tour. Our guide picked us up as scheduled. We drove to Nami Island while we were giving lots of interesting and useful information about Seoul and places along the way in easy to understand English. We felt very well taken care of at every step of the way. The communication was generated as we were guided at each stop and then had free time to explore on our own before meeting up to go through the next stop. The lunch was excellent and there was a non-meat option for one of our group. Sadly, the day ended too soon as we were enjoying our time so much. Would go on a tour again by this operator. He also guides mountain hikes and we would love to take one of those tours someday. Thank you for a memorable day!
