2.00I messaged the tour operator to confirm the pick up time, and was informed it would be 5:20AM in order to be at the airport two hours before our 8AM flight. There was no driver at 5:20AM and I called the tour operator at 5:24AM. No one picked up, so I called an Uber. The Uber and driver arrived at the same time, and the driver told me the pick up time was 5:30AM. So I was forced to cancel the Uber. I do not recommend this service if you are depending to get to the airport - just call an Uber.

2.00The Private Transfer we had pre-arranged did not show up for both the arrival transfer from Quito airport to our hotel in the central districit and our return to the airport. No one to call so we ended up using local taxi service.
