5.00It was such an easy transfer. Bart was communicative and easy to find. He was friendly and told us a bit about the area as we drove from Brussels to Bruges. The car was very comfortable and water provided.

5.00I was notified that my drive would meet us at our arrival time with an email and a text. I had downloaded Whatapp since I was not sure my cell would work. I walked right up to him and he called us by our last name. He took my suitcase and we walked to the car. It was a spacious Mercedes van. He answered questions for us and was very friendly. We will use the service again and highly recommend.
