5.00When arriving to a country on travel it’s important to have a dependable/reliable and trusting company. Also, I also like knowing that they respond to all my messages and I can easily locate them if I need to. At the airport/hotel they display a sign with our names, nonetheless, when we see so many people the sign may go unnoticed and we contact them via phone and they respond timely. I give this tour operator a thumbs up for excellence in handling my transfer needs/wants.

5.00Punta Cana transfer is the most professional, friendly and comfortable transportation service you will need. Julio was very responsive to text messages and Marcela was just as quick to respond to emails. “Super Mark” Ortiz greeted us with a huge smile and it was there the entire ride. He was telling us about the culture of the Dominican and about his beautiful family. Absolutely made us feel comfortable and happy to be on our honeymoon on our first trip to the D.R. He is a model employee. As we spend our time in this beautiful country we are not looking forward to going back to reality but look forward to hopefully seeing Super Mark as one of our last moments here.
