5.00It was such a good experience cuz the whole process was really smooth. My driver is very thoughtful as well, sorry I don't remember his name but he's really cute. Btw, the car is relatively new and spacious, our family with 4 people feel very comfortable. Thanks a lot!

After collecting my luggage, the driver picked me up in a spacious and comfortable car. On the way to Ha Long, I was even able to take a short nap during the ride.
