Only the Sky is our limit, or almost. You can hand out your bucket list or I can show you areas that I love. If you like art we can visit artist, if you like knittings I can take you to a knitting adventure. If you like sagas and culture - I have so much to tell you and show you. Nature - My country is so beautiful and here are so many places and areas wich are unique - and spectacular. Do you like thermal baths - maybee the natural ones? Do you want to go there. Are there children in you group- children need activity - I can do that And of course the traditional ones with a twist - the Golden circle, South coast and etc You should look at this one 7 -12hours up to you. Amazing South Coast Adventure

5.00My wife and I were picked up at our hotel in Reykjavik by Villi the owner for the full day tour to the South Coast. It was a very nice late model Land Rover with plenty of room and excellent visibility to see the wonderful sights. We visited the small town where chess master Bobby Fisher is buried. The weather cleared for good visibility of two massive glaciers and several amazing waterfalls. The black sand beached, basalt formations and puffins made for great pictures. Villi gave us extensive narratives of the history, life, and culture of the wonderful country. We will certainly come back and Puffin tours will be the first step in making our plans.

5.00Puffy was our guide for the whole week. Had a great experience. We did so much, every day was busy and planned with events. We saw a lot of the country in a single week and he handled it all. He’s also very friendly, incredibly knowledgeable and intelligent as well.

5.00We were two families traveling together (4 adults and 5 teenagers ages 12-19). We divided up in to two groups. The teens travelled with Gilla and adults with Villi. Before starting the tour, we met at their home and looked over the itinerary on a map. Villi wanted to make sure we maximized the day and that we were okay with the plan. There was a lot of flexibility offered to cater to our interests. The vehicles were very comfortable. We rode in the new Land Rover Defender with Villi and Gilla took the teens in a new Land Rover Discovery. Both guides are super personable. Gilla being a school teacher was perfect for the teens and they thoroughly enjoyed their time with her. Villi, having worked with Gray Line bus tours, was funny and engaging. They are both a wealth of information on Iceland and it’s history. They took us to amazing spots and some were off the beaten track with hardly any other tourists around. Everyone had a great time and I enjoyed not having to drive and being able to actually look out the car and really take in the scenery. At the end of the tour, they plotted out a course for us on Google maps to take on the way home. This took us on less travelled roads with amazing views and stops. It was so rewarding to have spent the day with this lovely couple.

5.00Gulla gave a fantastic tour of the Iceland South Coast, showing us the popular highlights as well as equally interesting lesser known spots. She was full of knowledge and we walked away with a much deeper appreciation for Icelandic geography, history and culture. I would definitely recommend this tour for anyone interested in a more personal touch and in-depth exploration of an area.

5.00Villi and Gulla were fantastic. They took us to the best spots (some off the beaten path) and were so flexible. A 3rd party tour was cancelled due to weather, and that was no problem. Villi game us four other amazing options and it saved the day. The next day’s weather was looking bleak and Gulla was game to switch everything up and everyone had a wonderful time. If you are looking for lovely tour operators, who are inventive and passionate about what they do….please don’t hesitate to book them. You will thank me that you did!

5.00Puffin Travel is a well organised, friendly and punctual tour operator with luxury vehicles. With a special tailored package, we were able to avoid the crowds as-well as flexibility timing. Went around the Golden Circle, main highlight was the Secret Lagoon (old pool.) Far better than the busy Blue Lagoon. 2nd day was a tour along the South Coast. Went past amazing waterfalls with spectacular scenery (specifically glaciers and the black beaches!) Every Evening went on a Northern Lights chaser hunt. Hot chocolate and Ice Cream stops helped us on the way! Never saw the lights, went to various places not just one specific area plus had fun and enjoyable experience! Gulla and Villi (Mr Puffin) were amazing, just that! Wonderful, knowledgeable guides and great hosts. Adjusted to our needs and made this a truly enjoyable holiday. Would thoroughly recommend to anyone visiting Iceland.

5.00We had so much fun on our daytrip with Gulla where we "did it like the locals"! After having done the Golden Circle with all the tourists, it was amazing to be driven around to some amazing spots in a private vehicle. She took our list of interests and arranged a thoughtful itinerary that filled our (very brief) daylight hours. It was like being hosted by an old family friend!

5.00Villi was very informative and friendly! He was very attentive to our groups needs and had many options for us to choose from. Tour vehicle very clean and well maintained. Tour was fun and informative and any questions we had prior to tour were answered promptly.

5.00Gulla’s choice is the best choice for a private personalized tour experience. I booked tours with her 3 times now and this last time was just as amazing as the other two. Not only did we see popular tourist places many would love to visit but we also got to see some unique places that are still just as amazing but less known and better to experience without the hustle and bustle of tons tourists. She's the best there is. I highly recommend this tour and I would not hesitate to book another tour in the future.

Not only did we see popular tourist places many would love to visit but we also got to see some unique places that are still just as amazing but less known and better to experience without the hustle and bustle of tourists. She's the best there is. I highly recommend this tour and I would not hesitate to book another tour in the future.
