3.00The driver was great. Communication with the facilitator was not great, I could barely get in contact with her for confirmation of the round trip transportation we booked. It was not confirmed on the time and place for pickup. I received a message stating 9 am but no location on where we needed to be. In the description of the ticket we were to meet at a restaurant at 9 am. I ended up paying an additional $120 after paying the transportation fee through the booking for a taxi because she finally answered after a few attempts from myself and the taxi driver, so he had to turn around and take me to meet the tour guide.
