Our Whisky Tasting and Tales tour is unlike any other whisky experience in Edinburgh. We’ll welcome you into our cosy private whisky lounge, where you’ll sip your way through four Single Malt Scotch Whiskies from different regions of Scotland. Along the way, our guide will share stories, history, and whisky folklore in true Scottish style. Even if you’re not a whisky lover, it’s a brilliant way to immerse yourself in Scotland’s culture, traditions, and warm hospitality.
The ticket price includes the cost of the whiskies (ONLY IF YOU DO NOT SELECT THE "NO WHISKY" OPTION. 4 great single malt Scotch whiskies will be served over the tour. Drink alternatives are available upon request for those who do not drink whisky.

Burns Night Special
Duration: 2 hours: 2 hours of whisky tasting and storytelling. 3 Course menu dinner afterwards in the same location to celebrate Robert Burns 4 whiskies & 3 Course Meal: Includes 4 tastings of single malt scotch whiskies during the 2 hours tour 3 course set meal dinner after the tour

Drinks: This option includes 4 single malt whiskies for the guided tasting as part of the experience.

5.00We loved this tasting experience! Koffe was an excellent host. I chose this tasting experience over the other options because it promised four tastings from different regions as well as stories. We learned how to 'talk' to the scotch, what makes each scotch unique and the history of distilling. Fascinating! We were also entertained with stories before, after and between the generous samples giving us time to savor the scotches that were served and learning, in a fun way, a bit more about history, Scotland and the crazy things people will do to preserve their livelihood and culture. I love storytelling and Koffe is an excellent storyteller! I'm not the biggest fan of scotch, but I now have a greater appreciation for it. Thank you for an entertaining and educational evening.

5.00Wonderful night. Koffe provided expert guidance on a well curated selection of whiskeys. The stories were very interesting and Koffe's delivery kept us well entertained. Highly reccommend.

5.00A lot of fun. Jess was great as our guide through the experience. Some good choices for whiskeys to sample the different regions. She was very informative about what we were drinking and also told some good stories.

5.00We got to try 4 different scotch whiskies from across Scotland, and there was plenty to go around (and even have 2nds since not everyone tried all pours). Ben was an awesome guide, walking us through the history of whisky in Scotland and how it’s intertwined with the country’s history. I thought 2 hours would be long for 4 tastes, but the tasting was well-paced. Only small ask is that they provide some snacks. But otherwise an awesome activity!

5.00I don't have an interest in whisky, I just came along because my friend really wanted to do the tour. To my surprise I ended up enjoying the tour, especially the story telling from the charismatic Koffe. I now have an understanding of the spirit of scotch whisky as well as some of the historical characters of Scottish history such as Walter Scott, deacon Brodie and burke and hare. I recommend this tour, even if you don't like whisky

5.00Great whisky and great stories. Learned a lot and a ton of fun. Max is a great story teller and his information about the tested whiskies wa fantastic.
