Enjoy this exclusive pizza and supplì-making class in a small group of six guests, with an amazing cooking instructor from MasterChef Italia! The class is held in our new, luxury kitchen, part of our high-end, custom-built cooking school. You'll be welcomed with a traditional Roman aperitivo of refreshingly chilled prosecco, and a platter of appetisers including olives, and a selection of cheeses and cured meat. Then, with your chef-instructor, you will learn to prepare authentic Roman dough to make the traditional “teglia” pizza and focaccia. Next you'll make supplì, a popular staple of Roman streetfood. A deep fried rice ball with tomato sauce and melty mozzarella in the middle. Lastly, no Roman meal is complete without a sweet treat or dessert. Here you'll learn to make Nutella-filled dough pockets. Afterwards, enjoy eating with your fellow guests with a glass of wine and limoncello. 5.00Chef Andrea made our cooking experience so much fun! And the food was delicious! The kitchen was clean, large space, and top of the line. We learned a lot about the food we were cooking and had lots fun. Thanks for a fun experience.

5.00Our family of 6 (2 adults + 22, 21, 20, 17) enjoyed our evening making supplies and pizza with DYLAN tremendously. The kitchen was large and clean. Dylan was so kind, engaging and friendly. It was one of the highlights of the trip! A+++. We will definitley do another Liv Tours class next year when we return!

5.00Wow! This cooking class was incredible. So fun to learn how to cook the local cuisine in this high tech kitchen. Chef Andrea very knowledgeable, kind, patient and fun! Would highly recommend. The food and wine was top tier!

5.00Amazing experience. 100% have to do in Rome. Andrea was an amazing teacher and host. Supplì and Pizza were fantastic. My kids loved participating and devoured the entire Nutella pizza desert. We had an amazing time. I can't stress enough: this is a core memory for your family. Do it.

5.00Our family had an amazing time. In addition to learning some easy but delicious recipes, we enjoyed chatting with our hosts and learning about the area. It was a relaxing and fun activity.
