5.00Didn't know what to expect but it was an experience and i would recommend the range to anyone who would want to use the firing range and the lads were v helpful and patience with us all and safety first

1.00The shooting experience itself was really great, and the instructors were excellent. However, I’m very disappointed with the way they run their business. I don’t know whether it’s TripAdvisor, through whom we booked, or Ranger who simply don’t care about their customers. We had entered the wrong address, and we realized we wouldn’t make it on time. We tried contacting them 10 minutes before our scheduled time at 4 PM, but without success. We arrived at 4:10 PM and were told that we could not enter. We were allowed to reschedule for the next day, but it cost an additional €110. That is absolutely insane for a rescheduling fee. My girlfriend was in tears because we were supposed to celebrate my birthday, and she had arranged this experience for us. We decided to rebook since we also couldn’t get a refund. When we arrived the next day, we discovered that the first 20 minutes are spent on registration before the shooting even begins. I honestly think this is very poor customer service, which is why I can only give one star. Regards Steffan

5.00Great experience and all very professional and good value for money. We were on a stag weekend with a large group and had a great time. Team D (Lada/Petr/Filid/Martin & Iva) were fantastic, helpful and very witty! Will return with this company and Team D when in Prague next.

5.00Really a good experience. The instructors did so the whole experience was so completed. At first I didn’t dare shoot, but the director grabbed me in it and I got the best experience ever! Thank Mike and Paul for the best service!

5.00I booked this experience for my husbands birthday present as we spend a few days in Prague. I will not lie about it, I hated every second of it! However, he absolutely loved it! This experience was something I knew I would not enjoy but that he would find beyond amazing. Don’t get me wrong, the staff were incredible, both of them made us feel comfortable, at ease and even had a sense of humour. They were Mike and Paul I think! My husband even got to shoot a special gun free of charge for his birthday which was a lovely touch. We felt comfortable, looked after and most of all safe throughout the whole experience. It is not the company’s fault that I am a scared wuss!! Only thing I would say is that it says on the booking that soft drinks and snacks are included in the price. We had soft drinks but no snacks at all were available. Thanks for making his birthday so memorable for him!

5.00Went to Prague and was looking for something fun to do with my son, who had never been shooting before. I have in a few places, so how does it stack up? Peter and Vlado were proper professional but added humour to the day which was a brilliant ice breaker. All safety rules full explained and at no point did it feel unsafe. Massive array of weapons to shot and although we picked the 10 gun pack, we couldn't help ourselves pick a few more off the taster menu including a handgun that was described as the Elephant gun (its a must try!) In all honesty, of all the places I have shot, this has truly been the best and was a fantastic experience for my sons first time. I cannot recommend this place enough. Absolutely fantastic few hours
