Our tour guide, Milo, was exceptionally friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Throughout the trip, he shared a wealth of information about Yellowstone National Park, Salt Lake City, and the historical background of the various attractions we visited, which made the experience much more enjoyable and meaningful. Milo is also an excellent driver. He drove smoothly and safely, making the entire journey very comfortable. His time management was outstanding—our itinerary was well organized and never felt rushed or overly packed. He ensured that we had plenty of time at each attraction to fully appreciate the scenery and enjoy the experience at our own pace. In addition, Milo was very patient and attentive when handling hotel check-ins and other travel arrangements. He managed every detail efficiently and accurately, which made the trip stress-free and enjoyable for everyone. Overall, we had a wonderful experience. I highly recommend Milo and this tour company, and I would gladly choose their travel services again in the future.

It is a good opportunity to see a gorgeous landscape and its many features. The tour covered several interesting hydrothermal features of Yellowstone, which was great. However, if you are someone who likes watching wildlife, I would not recommend this tour for you. We did not slow down for wildlife that we spotted, including rare animals that Yellowstone is famous for. When tourists spotted something and wanted to slow down to check, requests to do so were ignored by the guide. While I understand the need to manage time, the lack of balance leaves anyone wanting to watch nature and wildlife a bit frustrated, especially when you have travelled all the way there.

I recently completed the “Small Group In-Depth Yellowstone and Grand Teton w/2NightCabins” tour. The visits to Yellowstone National Park and Grand Teton National Park were absolutely worth the trip. The tour overall was not worth the expense. The guided portion of the trip was where the downfall occurred. The guide was primarily a driver rather than a knowledgeable guide. He mostly transported the group between prescribed points of interest with very limited educational insight. I was expecting more comfort and indepth communication from a tour labeled as “Small Group In-Depth”. There were 13 people packed into a van designed with four bench seats, comfort was lacking. We were seated shoulder to shoulder throughout the trip. Therer were also some challenges to understand the driver, as his English was not sufficient to answer some questions. He would also seem to ad-lib when he didn't know answers. Additionally, at most stops the driver simply dropped us off and waited in the van. We frequently observed other tour guides walking with their groups, providing context, history, and detailed insights about what they were seeing. Lunches also felt rushed and one stop was at a McDonald’s. This did not align with the tour experience that was advertised. One positive aspect was the cabin accommodations. The cabins were relatively new, clean, comfortable, and equipped with modern amenities, which added a nice touch to the trip. Overall, while the parks themselves are incredible and absolutely worth visiting, I would not recommend this tour to travelers seeking detailed insights, active guiding, or a comfortable small-group experience. In hindsight, it would likely be better to rent a car and follow the same itinerary independently.

Tour did cover the itinerary mentioned and tour guide Jiang was helpful making a genuine effort to make us comfortable. Hotels booked for stay were good too. Yellowstone national park is of course worth a visit. But this is where the positives about this tour end. Viator mentions this as a tour with English speaking tour guide. But our guide was barely able to communicate in English. Tour is very rushed with no stops planned for lunch or coffee. Tour guide's idea of lunch was a brief stop at a gas station. The van used was very cramped for 12 people. So if you are looking for a small group tour in a comfortable vehicle and English speaking tour guide, this is certainly not for you.

This was indeed an excellent tour with James as the tour guide/operator. I was worried that it would be a very rushed tour but the experience was very good and not very rushed. (Except for lunch on day 2 but such small things are totally okay) We had ample time to see all the things and the weather was splendid. Hotels were decent as well. James was very friendly and helpful.

Love the tour guide James, showed us a lot of great stuff, but hidden fees I was unaware of, I knew about $100/each for park passes, but the service charged $15/day for four days came from no where, I told James first day when we stayed in hotel why you are charging service fee, he told me he called us, Please let the customer knows ahead of time before they book the tour about hidden charges, I will not give you a good review, please be truthful about your extra charges.
