You will have the option for guided or self-guided tour with fixed meeting point at 8:00am and it takes 2.5 hours ride to the Jingshanling wall. Hike the Picturesque Great Wall at Jinshanling The Jinshanling section of the Great Wall is half repaired. On this trip, you will see both a repaired section of wall and the original wall in ruins. There will be no crowds around you, so you can get the most out of China's legendary landmark as you tread the Wall's centuries-old stone steps or walk through a ruined ancient watchtower. The wild section gives you a sense of what it would have been like in its original glory. While the repaired section will transport you back in time to the heyday of imperial China. The Great Wall at Jinshanling has the most beautiful natural scenery. Once you reach at the Jingshanling wall you can spend 3 hours hike from one side to another side. In the end you can either take lunch in a local restaurant in the village at your own cost or just drive back

Wonderful hike on the Great Wall

5.00We booked a last minute Great Wall Hiking Day Tour from Jinshanling to Gubeikou. Booking process was expedient, handled in few quick exchanges of messages. Our english speaking guide Henry was excellent. We had a wonderful time hiking. For 90 percent of the time we had the wall and hiking route all for ourselves. Hike was a good exercise and with Henry’s guidance also very safe. Excellent views all the way. In this tour you take a detour from the part of the wall that is closed to the public, we knew this beforehand and it was also a very nice part of the hike. Lunch at the end in the local restaurant with local dishes (and drinks) was very tasty and well chosen. Henry also explained the food which was much appreciated and an added bonus. The drive there and back is quite long, but our excellent driver got us there and back safely and smoothly. All in all this was a great experience with the company and our guide Henry and driver.

5.00We did the Great Wall tour with our guide Justin. He had alll the local knowledge and also knew all the history of each area we visited. Justin also took us for a beautiful chinese lunch at the local farmers homestay. Highly recommended !!!

5.00The tour was great and Henry our guide was fantastic. He gave us information and he was fun to be with. After the hike on the Great Wall he took us to a local restaurant for a typiical Chinese meal that was really good, abundant and cost very little. Highly recommended.

5.00Justin was an excellent, flexible and bubbly guide. He spoke very good english and answered any thing you wanted to know about the great wall and also China. (not some rehearsed commentary) The Jinhaling section of the wall was incredible with lovely scenery and very few people (shock), and we really made the most of our time walking quite a few kilometres of the wall. The whole day was beyond my expectations. Also Mr Luu delivered us there and back with safety and confidence. John Hill. New Zealand

5.00Good tour, punctual and take you and bring you from a meeting point to the Chinese wall. Lunch near the wall. Bruce is a good guide, knows several things about the wall and takes good pictures. If you travel you only do very well because he can take good pictures.

5.00Justin was 5-star service and just delightful! He made our trip to the Great Wall so memorable and his knowledge and history of the local culture was unparalleled. He even took the time to help us take our bags inside the airport all the way to the ticket counter when we were done and helped us buy gloves on the way to the Wall. A trip for the history books.
