5.00Our family (including kids 9+11) thoroughly enjoyed this walking tour. Guide was engaging and interesting - he taught us so much about the city as well as the Dutch people. Recommend!

5.00Fantastic tour - David is passionate about Amsterdam and the Dutch people. Lots of great "inside" information and we stopped at places we would not have otherwise known about. There were 14 in our group (2 younger kids that he was very nice to include in his explanations of historical events)...stopped for a break and then he showed us some artwork of Van Gogh, Vermeer and Rembrandt and gave background history - several really great nuggets of information! We had a great three hours and HIGHLY recommend David. (Wish we had the time to do the Rijksmuseum with him - I'm sure he would be amazing with his art knowledge!!) Thanks David for a great tour!

5.00We had a fantastic tour with David! We communicated a bit before and from the moment we met to when he walked us back to our cruise ship, everything was wonderful! He was very informative and showed us the best local treats to get! We were very glad to have him as our guide around Amsterdam!

5.00David truly made Amsterdam come alive for us! He is so knowledgeable, personable, enthusiastic and has a great love of storytelling and history sharing!! We had five different tour guides on our trip to Amsterdam and London and David was by far the best —- tremendous value and enjoyment. Plus, he allowed flexibility— when the group was going to enter a church, I saw a pop up art show and wanted to attend and he made it easy for me to split off and do my thing. I can’t speak highly enough about David and am recommending him to friends/family going to Amsterdam. I also opted to purchase his fabulous photo book of Amsterdam - it’s really his love 💕 story to his adopted city.

5.00Three couples visited Amsterdam for the first time. I looked at David’s reviews and decided to book a 4 hour walking tour with him. We weren’t disappointed! David was full of knowledge, jokes and we stopped a few times to sample local delicacies, which was a nice break as well. I’d definitely recommend David for a future tour. We had a wonderful time with him!

5.00Wow, what a great experience ! I have been to Amsterdam many times and wanted to do a walking tour. Kept seeing posts from this group and decided it seemed interesting. Booked direct. Great price, unique stops and lots of fun facts. Highly recommend.

5.00He showed us many interesting places, and pointed out the best places to eat. He adapted the tour to our slower pace as my 77 year old mother was with us. He brought in a lot of history, and had a great sense of humor.

5.00This was the best tour! Dave was educational, clearly a history buff, funny, and so interestingly detailed that he captured our attention. We learned so much about Amsterdam and he made it fascinating. We also learned about the best places to eat, get cookies, French fries and tiny puff pancakes, which we ended up sampling after our tour. So good. I highly recommend Dave as a tour guide. We thoroughly enjoyed our time with him.
