Begin with a pickup in Sofia city center and travel by car for about 1 hour and 15 minutes to reach the horse base near Radomir. Meet the horses, learn how to lead and brush them, and prepare them for a ride.
Ride for 2 hours through paths and fields overlooking beautiful landscapes. Reach Lake Pchelina, where you will untack the horses and set up your tents. Enjoy leisure time to swim in the lake, play cards, and listen to the birds.
Have a simple dinner and go to bed. The next day, have some breakfast, prepare the horses, and ride for about 30 minutes to reach a small chapel with panoramic views of the lake.
Make a quick stop and then ride for another 1 hour and 30 minutes back to the horse base. Untack the horses, say goodbye, and drive back to Sofia.

5.00Beautiful amazing horses, beautiful landscapes, beautiful trails and beautiful people! What a unique and fantastic experience! Eli is very friendly, helpful, experienced and professional in organising the activity. I don't want to spoil too much of the experience details but there are only good words and super happy faces throughout the trip. The only two things I would spoil are the horses are extremely friendly and Eli is an excellent teacher. My friend was a complete beginner and she was able to independently walk and trotter by the end of the trip - she even did two steps of cantering. The price is definitely worth it, and the trip is well paced with the perfect amount of riding journey and breaks. Not only did we swim in the lake, but we also had a picnic - Eli even managed to make us coffee and pancakes! Group size wise, there are two of us plus Eli, and I think this experience is best for small groups with less than four people. I am looking forward to coming back to Sofia and do more activities with Eli! :D
