  Fantastic experience, the staff was incredible attentive and engaging. Would highly recommend so that you also get a beautiful view of St Lucia upon arrival.

  A great way to see the island on your way home! We were sad to leave but the boat ride put us in a good mood! The staff was great and experience was even better.

  The airport water ferry transfer was well worth it! Avoid the windy roads on the bus and take the ferry or helicopter. We took the helicopter when we arrived and the ferry when we left. The ferry crew were amazing and so much fun! Offered snacks and a variety of drinks and made the experience fun! They handled all of our bags for us. The sea got a little rough at one point so just be mindful if you get sea sick. Highly advise this option!

  A very comfortable way to travel to the airport. The crew is was super friendly and accommodating. There was plenty of space to spread out. Drinks and snacks were a nice touch. Highly recommend over driving.

  Taking the ferry was an excellent way to start our vacation. You get to see the island from the water. The staff were friendly, there were snacks and drinks. The only thing is the boat waits to depart for all flights/guests to arrive so if you have an earlier flight you will be waiting. We waiting for about 1.75 hours before departing, we got to wait in the A/C lounge with drinks and snacks, It was comfortable, other guests we heard had to wait on the boat which they did not enjoy. The boat ride itself was great and the transfer from the dock to our hotel was quick. So overall it took us about 4 hours once we landed to get to the resort. We enjoyed being on the water and views.

  The boat left without us, and we had to make alternative arrangements to get to our resort. What was most disappointing was the complete lack of communication from the company. We only found out the boat had departed through other means, not from them. Our luggage was delayed by approximately 25 minutes, but despite this, there was no attempt to contact us or assist with alternative transportation. Nearly 24 hours after arriving on the island, we still had not received any communication from the company. Thankfully, representatives from our resort were at the airport and were able to arrange transport for us. Without their help, getting to the resort would have been much more difficult. Overall, the lack of communication and customer service was extremely disappointing, and we will be requesting a refund.

  This was a very unorganized chaotic mess that turned into an okay time. When we arrived to the airport we got shuffled around all over the place being told several different places to go. Finally sent to the correct person and was told because we had kids we weren't allowed to wait over there so we had to go sit in a very small cafeteria with airport employees while everyone got together. They came and got us and we took a car ride over to the boat. When we got there we were told we would leave no later than 3:45-4. We didn't take off until almost 4:30. It was an hour and a half boat ride. Then we got off and got shipped around in different cars and no one had any clear communication. We made several pit stops and didn't arrive to our resort until 7pm. We were in this "experience" from 2:30-7pm. When I booked my understanding was it was 1.5 hours total. Not a 4.5 hour trip. The staff were really good and made the best of the time on the boat while it rained. They were all amazing. But the communication was very rough.

  Awesome experience and the best way to get to the resort! We stayed at Zoëtry Marigot Bay St. Lucia, which has very few direct water ferry routes, but Captain Lolo was able to drop us off right at the docks in front of the resort. The crew was fun, engaging, and made the ride even more enjoyable. 100% recommend!

• Book now!!! So worth it.

  Best option to get from and to the Airport. JAHSON and WALTER were our favorites. They took very good care of us and the boat. Will use again for the next trip.
