5.00We had a great team (Issa, Marika and Viggo) on the boat who made everything run smoothly. The guide was knowledgeable and friendly, answering questions throughout and finding ways to keep people engaged. We were lucky to have sunny, warm weather which really helped make the scenery pop!
Delayed arrival, missed departure by 2 minutes no refund

1.00We booked an archipelago cruise two hours before it was supposed to begin. Due to train issues beyond our control we were two minutes late getting to the designated spot. The group had left knowing we were coming and now the company says they cannot issue a refund! I understand not showing up but having two trams leave because of passenger issues delaying our entry and then having to wait over 4 minutes to cross the street to meet at our designated place and no refund is terrible customer service and we will never use them again.

4.00Exactly as advertised: a boat tour around the archipelago. Scenery was beautiful but the best part was our guide. Joanes did a great job presenting Swedish history, geography, and keeping us interested. He was so friendly and helpful and offered recommendations for shopping and restaurants, too!

3.00Toilettes are closed 20 minutes before arrival on harbour. Imo expensive beer and food. Hint: If you arrive to Stockholm with Viking line ferry you will see nearly the same as in this tour.
