  **This was sent to the company directly and they did refund 1/2 the price of the excursion. While I appreciate the gesture, a full refund should have been issued. The sunset cruise was not at all what I had expected in terms of the relaxing vibe that had been promised on the brochure. Unfortunately, a situation on the boat interfered with this atmosphere. On the cruise there was a group of 38 women: 19 daughters and 19 mothers celebrating a high school graduation. Their behavior was consistently extremely inappropriate and disruptive throughout the entire experience. Several groups next to us also commented on their behavior. All of the women were belligerently drunk and were continuing being served drinks by your crew. At one point, one of the women tried to sit down on the back of a bench, falling over and spilling a drink on my husband. Throughout the entire experience, the group of screaming, dancing, spilling drinks everywhere, and frankly causing extreme disruption to the entire experience. When the food was places out, the crowd circled the table and did not move for anyone else, refused to use tongs, and then stood at the bar to take from the food that had not been put out yet. During the point of the tour where a crew member gives information about the islands, the girls interrupted, yelling about how that is Drakes beach before all singing songs that references Grace Bay. During this point we felt very bad for your crew, that was until they began to encourage their behavior and sacrifice safety of all on board. Some of the girls were behind the bar pouring their own drinks, others were climbing onto where the sail was. After repeated being asked to move away from the sail, the crew put it down after the women refused to move away. The crew then began encouraging them by letting them dictate the music, dancing with them, and allowing them behind the bar. We are so disappointed and because of this that I am requesting a refund. This was simply not the experience advertised or promised as this group controlled the entire dynamic of the experience. After seeing the crews inability to control the group, I am extremely hesitant to book or recommend your company for any future tours.

  We were picked up at our hotel and taken to Turtle Cove to board the boat. Once there we boarded and we're met by the terrific crew with drinks as soon as we sat down. Captain Howard introduced the guys and went over a few rules and we were underway. The boat ride was so smooth over the crystal clear water to Leeward where we turned around. When we got there the crew put out a spread of turkey and tuna wraps, conch fritters, cheese and crackers and a fresh fruit platter. We then headed back up the coast for the sunset and return to the dock where the shuttle was waiting to bring us back to the hotel. It was supposed to be 2 hour cruise and ended up being around 2 hours 45 minutes. Again I cannot praise the terrific crew, those guys were great.

  The cruise was amazing!! The crew was fantastic. They picked us up on time. Rum punch non stop. I would strongly recommend this cruise

  First time at the island we figure we can see the island from see also food and Drimks servers was excellent Mark was our servers Captain of the boat he was very experienced And polite he plat good so gs you can dance if you want it Best Rum punch They pick you from your hotel also they bring Back

  Our whole group had the absolute best time. The crew was friendly, welcoming and made it such a fun and memorable evening. Definitely one of our highlights so far this trip!

• Felt like a famous 3 hour tour (Gilligan’s Island)

  We should have been rescheduled. The weather was terrible with huge waves and it rained. We were the ONLY boat on the water because it was too dangerous. The swells were 3-4 feet and it was windy and raining. There were 11 people on board and we were ALL miserable. The captain came and asked us if we all wanted to go back in about an hour before the sun set. It was the worst sunset cruise I have ever been on. The crew was exceptional. We had no business being in the water.

  Great little cruise. I'm not sure how much drinks were... we got to port before they gave me the bill. I guess I'll find out on my credit card bill when I get back.

  Great tour! We have done this tour several times and we always enjoy it. This evening was extra special as we had family visiting and the dolphins decided to grace us with their presence during the sunset. The staff is always wonderful and it's a steady boat so great for those that worry about getting seasick too.

• The best cruise experience on Turks & Caicos!

  We LOVE these sunset cruises at this point we have done a dozen or more, with friends, family and just us. From the super nice people that help with reservations, to the excellent fleet of boats and the staff on them, the food and drink and overall experience is ALWAYS awesome. Go!
