The SUP Experience Sardinia, is a unique experience!
Fun and relaxation, waiting for you!
We will start to discover the Spiaggia delle Vacche and small coves, from the beach of Cala Girgolu or Porto Istana (Olbia), Porto San Paolo, Golfo Aranci or other locations (chosen according to the marine weather). At the Beach, National SUP instructors await you for a basic paddleboard lesson on safety, and then continue paddling in a sea excursion, among breathtaking scenery.
There will be small stops, to take some baths, meet the local fauna and a moment to regenerate where we will offer you an aperitif at sunset, with typical Sardinian products, as you have never tasted it!! Or a breakfast in a breathtaking setting!

The SUP experience only takes place with favorable weather and sea conditions. Date, time or location may vary depending on sea conditions and group organization. We will contact you via WhatsApp the previous day.
We recommend you bring : Drinking water - towel - rock shoes - sweatshirt and leggings (whether sunrise or not yet summer).

Paddle on a professional SUP board with your family or friends, discovering the most hidden beaches! Connect with the magic of the emerald sea and enjoy a one-of-a-kind SUP Experience, far from the chaos of the beach! We will leave from the beach of Cala Girgolu towards the Spiaggia delle vacche or Porto Istana, Porto San Paolo, Golfo Aranci or other locations (chosen based on the sea weather). We National SUP instructors will teach you how to navigate safely with a paddleboard in a basic lesson on the beach, and then continue paddling on an excursion into the sea, among small coves, breathtaking scenery and local fauna (we will be able to see cormorants, seagulls, wild herons and sometimes even dolphins). There will be no shortage of small stops to take a swim! And to conclude, we will offer you an aperitif at sunset, with typical Sardinian products or a breakfast with sweets and coffee like you have never tasted before, in a breathtaking setting!!

Experience SUP Sunset
Sunset SUP course excursion Duration: 3 hours We offer Sardinian Aperitif Sant Teodoro Cala Girgolu: and other locations available based on the best marine weather. Ex. Porto San Paolo or Golfo Aranci or Porto Rotondo - Marinella. SUP Stand Up Paddles: SUPing or paddle boarding is a water sport in which participants use a paddle to move around the water.

5.00This was such a fun experience! Aloysia and Marco were the best hosts. We were given a short lesson (we already had some experience with paddle boarding) and then we were on our way. We saw dolphin and paddled over to a private beach to take a dip in the water. We were served a wonderful little breakfast of fresh pastries, fruit, juice and even coffee right on our boards. I would highly recommend!!

5.00I had an absolutely brilliant paddling experience with Sunrise SUPer in Sardinia. As beautiful as the beaches are there, the ones you can visit via paddleboard are even more breathtaking and special. Aloysia is a wonderful guide and when I thought I could not even be more impressed, she dropped an anchor and served a gorgeous breakfast right on the board! This is definitely something you must do when visiting Northeast Sardinia!

5.00Beautiful experience! We had a wonderful tour with dolphin sightings and swimming in the beautiful waters of Cala Moresca. Aloysia and the team were excellent with their explanations, hospitality, and a rich and surprising breakfast. TOP organization, an experience I recommend.

5.00A very nice experience in a beautiful setting. It was our first time paddleboarding. Aloysia is very friendly and explains everything clearly. Together with a delicious breakfast, it was a great activity. Highly recommended!

5.00We did the sunrise paddle boarding. It was perfect. Most unique experience we’ve done. The breakfast experience was so unique on the board, it was so homely. We booked last minute on the night before and they still accommodated us. It was my first time paddle boarding but i felt so safe, they teach really well too and i pick up so quick. The Sardinia waters are so perfect that it would be a shame not to do this activity with this company!! This was definitely the highlight of our trip and i would definitely recommend booking with them.
