5.00Book a charter with a taxi driver. I told them in advance where I wanted to go and they drove around. We were very grateful to you for making some sudden changes and making reservations at the store along the way! The driver in charge was sincere and well-mannered, and they picked me up on time, so I enjoyed my trip smoothly

5.00⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Private Taipei Tour with Mr. Chung We had a wonderful private Taipei tour with Mr. Chung. He was very friendly, professional, and enthusiastic throughout the entire trip. He shared interesting information about the local culture and attractions, making our experience even more enjoyable. My teenagers especially enjoyed the tour. Mr. Chung was patient, accommodating, and made sure everyone in our family had a great time. The itinerary was well organized, and we were able to see many beautiful places comfortably. We highly recommend Mr. Chung to anyone visiting Taipei and looking for a knowledgeable and caring driver-guide. Thank you for making our trip so memorable! 😊

Communication via WhatsApp as soon as we booked, with details about the pick up, confirmation messages in the days leading up to the pick up and guidance after landing at the airport. Very friendly, polite driver, clean car, water provided. Highly recommend!

4.00Mr. Driver, he was a good man! Thank you very much 😊 Did I take the wrong turn because my arrival time was so fast and I was doing a U-turn? I thought 😅 I was relieved to know that they had a group LINE and were able to speak Japanese! It was also easy to get a picture of the vehicle in advance!

5.00Definitely easy to set up with WhatsApp, our driver was actually waiting for us! Our flight landed early and we were quickly through immigration. We had added an hour on to our landing time, just to get through immigration since we only had carryon luggage. Our driver was very pleasant and actually surpassed my expectations because, I thought we might need to wait.

2.00This review is based primarily on the driver. The initial booking and communication from the company was great. They messaged me and gave me instructions when arriving at the airport and even put me in contact with the driver. However, on the day of arrival, the driver was late and not prepared. We had a group of 8 with 10 luggages. We made sure the luggages did not exceed the maximum size and count, as per the company’s communication with me. When the driver arrived, the trunk of the van had a car seat in the back which took up valuable space and made it difficult to fit all the luggages. I am not sure why a car seat would be there when I booked the booking for 8 adults. This just shows the lack of preparation. As instructed, I messaged the driver every step upon arrival at the airport, letting them know when we landed, when we were through immigration, when we were at baggage claim, and when we exited. It seemed like all of these updates did not matter because I expected the driver to be ready by the time we walked out. I thought the driver would be holding a sign with our name but that did not happen. Instead, we waited outside in the frigid cold for about 12 minutes for him to finally arrive. Even when he arrived, the driver was not warm or welcoming at all. The van was also pretty tight but understandably, I think that’s how all their vans are. I would not recommend using this for more than 6 people.
