1.00We had an extremely unprofessional driver. Ray Gonzales was meant to drive us (a big group + surf boards) from Manatí to San Juan and cancelled our return last minute, leaving us stranded on the beach because “he was home and didn’t want to leave”. He refunded much less than was proportionate and generally acted rudely. Book your own rental car instead. Don’t risk getting a driver like Ray

5.00I had to get a last minute taxi service from Luquillo to the airport. I booked through the website late the night before. Ray called me the morning of to confirm the trip. Then texted me 30 mins before pick up time when he was on his way, and was at my pick up destination 15 minutes before. The car was very clean and comfortable and The ride was smooth and safe. Overall a great experience. I recommend if you need taxi services, and will definitely be using this service again.
