  Amazing day in the Albanian Alps visiting Theth and the Blue Eye! Our tour guide Marjan ensured we were getting what we wanted out of the day, was very flexible and knowledgeable in the natural landscapes and the history of Theth and Albania as a whole. He took lots of pictures for us, and coffee and lunch stops were amazing. So well worth doing to get the whole Northen Albania experience!

  We cannot fault anything about our tour. The early start meant that we beat the other groups at the Blue Eye and left lots of time for walking to the waterfall and photo stops along the way. Marjan, our guide, gave us great insights to the history and what is happening in Albania today. This made the day much more than a trip to a stunning national park. This personal touch with a small group sets Thethi Adventures ahead of the competition.

  This trip was truly an unforgettable experience. The two hikes to Theth Blue Eye and waterfall are beautiful, fairly tough but not too hard. Marjan is a top driver and the best guide we have ever had. He talks with love and great commitment about the landscape, but also about the history and culture of the local population.

  We booked a full day with Marjan to explore Theth and hike several trails. In contrast to other guides, Marjan knows everything about the area since he's a local and grew up there. He can tell and show spots that are not well-known/touristic. From all the guides I've had over the years, Marjan is top notch! Would 100% call him again when doing multi-day hikes.

  Fantastic Mario is an excellent guide. Provided important insight on the park’s history and that no one was left behind. The last stop - a secret location - was breathtaking. Highly recommend!

  The day tour to Theth was a fantastic experience. We endorse all previous positive reviews. Thanks to Marjan, the sympathetic guide and very experienced driver. Marjan has an eye for every group member. He talks about the country and culture with knowledge and respect. And in the meantime, we were moving through an improbably beautiful nature.   We had a great experience with our day trip to Theth. The guide and driver Marjan was great. He always coordinated well with the group. Was relaxed and told interesting background information about the country and culture. Nature is indescribably beautiful. In short, an absolute must!

  Marjan was truly one of the best guides I have ever had on any of my travels around the world. He is definitely in my personal top three guides of all time. From the moment the day started, he created a welcoming and positive atmosphere. Even during the drive, he made an effort to connect people, encourage conversations, and help everyone feel comfortable. Thanks to him, the group quickly felt relaxed and engaged. During the hikes, Marjan was attentive, professional, and genuinely caring. He constantly checked that everyone was doing well and made sure nobody felt left behind. He has a remarkable ability to read the group, listen carefully, and adapt to people's needs while keeping the experience enjoyable for everyone. The two hikes were fantastic, but what made the day truly special was Marjan's enthusiasm, kindness, and natural talent for guiding people. I met wonderful people during this trip, and Marjan played a huge role in creating that experience. I don't often write reviews like this, but Marjan genuinely deserves the recognition. He is an outstanding guide and one of the best I have encountered anywhere in the world. If I ever return to Shkodër, I know exactly who I will look for. I can wholeheartedly recommend Marjan to anyone looking for an exceptional guide, unforgettable hikes, and a truly memorable experience.
