Angkor Wat

Angkor Thom South Gate

It named as Tonle Oum. This city has 5 gates such as south gate, ghost gate or gate of the dead, victory gate, dei chhnang gate or north gate, and killing gate. This city has 3 kilometres each side.

Bayon Temple

Ta Prohm Temple

We are going to see Ta Prohm Temple from outside view and inside the temple with learning history by our local tour guide. This temple is known as tree temple.

Banteay Srei

Banteay Srei is a lady temple as Khmer name. This temple was built by 10 century as hindu temple for Shiva, Vishnu and Proma gods. The Master of the king who built this temple not the king. It's beautiful with ping sand stone that has great curving.

Preah Khan Temple

Preah Khan temple is the buddhist temple was built by King Jayavarman 7 in last 12th century (1191). He built this temple dedicated to his father. It's the biggest university in that time within over 1000 teachers. It's nice structure designed, the door has different size from big size to small size. It's showing about the respect to the god as bow your head.

Neak Pean

Neak Pean temple is the biggest hospital in the 12 century and a hospital university as well. This temple was built by King Jayavarman 7. This temple has 5 ponds and main pond in the central contain with many differences kinds of traditional herbs used to treat patients. Another 4 ponds around represent the 4 elements such as water, fire, earth and air. Master treats patient by checking the four elements in the human being to see what they had lost. Master will use those pond represent of the element to treat patient.

Ta Som

Ta Som temple is a buddhist religion temple or we say people temple which was built by King Jayavarman 7 as well. He built this temple for people who live around there come and pray.

Eastern Mebon

Eastern Mebon temple was built by king Rajendravarman I in the middle of 10th century (953) as Pre Rup's style. It's located in the Baray name Yasodharapura that has 7.5km long by 1830m wide. This temple dedicated to Hindu god Shiva and honors his parents. It's statue of 8 elephants.
