How to use your tickets. On arrival, please proceed to Gallery entry at your booked time slot. Present your ticket to the staff member who will scan and validate your ticket. It is recommended to arrive 10 minutes prior to booked time. Remember to keep your ticket handy for any further validation checks during your visit including SS Nomadic located nearby. Busy and overcrowded

3.00Was really looking forward to this visit - had heard good things and was excited to see it for myself. Couldn’t have been more disappointed. It was sooo busy I felt like I missed half of it. Very wordy at parts and because it was so crowded you didn’t really get the chance to actually take in the information - or get the chance to read it. seeing some of the items from the ship was good, including how the bedrooms would have looked. The memorial section was very touching. We’d been at the game of thrones studio tour a few days before & it was so spacious and easy to move around - this was overwhelming and far too busy (& this was at 1030am!)

3.00Our tour did not allow enough time, you need a minimum of 4 hours. If you pay for the headset make sure the headphones work and do not have intermittent sound.

4.00My friend and I tried to get it at 3:30pm on a Saturday, absolutely no chance. All the time slots had sold out so we booked for 4:10 the following day. As others have said the museum gets busy, we felt we were skipping a lot of the information as you simply couldn't read it all. There were some artefacts from the ship such as a pocket watch, lunch menu from the restaurant and a violin at the end which I found very moving. There is a virtual tour of the ship floor by floor which was good though maybe don't do it if you get dizzy easily as the camera spins round a lot. There is a "ride" which is a similar format to the Peter Pan ride in Disney, except you are listening to men describing what it was like to work for Harland & Wolff. It only lasts 5 minutes and wasn't really worth the 15 minute wait. Sadly we ran out of time to do the SS Nomadic, which was included in our ticket so I'm not able to comment on that. The memorial wall with all the names on was very moving, as were the photographs projected around.

4.00We recently visited here. It was an amazing experience. It showed us how much work was put into building this huge Ship Titanic which was everyone’s dream that, very unfortunately got struck to an iceberg and sunk into the deep ends of the ocean. The ride show was great which walked us through the ship’s construction at the time where there was no technology or equipments were available. The titanic experience was divided between 6 floors as of my knowledge. Lifts are available too. I found that morning time is better for the visit. There is lot to read and understand. There are restaurants available at the first floor. Toilets are available on each floor too . Audio guides are available as well. There is a titanic store from where we can collect the souvenirs to take home. You can walk around the building , but can be very windy. Would recommend to have jackets for the walk . I would highly recommend this place for a visit if you are in Belfast. Also, there is parking available to the underground area,
