3.00Important issue: I never received the "user manual" for using the audio guide. I had to call Viator's services, who, to their credit, responded within a minute and in French. Charming representative who sent me the user manual and the necessary code to listen to the tour information. The tour was very well organized and relatively easy to follow with very good information. A major hiccup at the start but quickly corrected.

5.00A great way to visit the city with children. They had a pipe following the tracks and playing, while we made the tour listening to the explanations quietly. A great invention!
