Our chef will introduce you to the culinary journey ahead, sharing stories of local traditions and the importance of fresh ingredients. Menu: Raki tasting A variety of seasonal appetizers and meze Village chicken with pershesh Burek with cottage cheese Sheqerpare (traditional dessert) Guided by the chef, you’ll roll up your sleeves and start cooking step by step. You’ll learn traditional techniques, from rolling dough for burek to properly seasoning chicken for pershesh. Throughout the class, you can sip on unlimited homemade wine and take part in a raki tasting to fully experience the local flavors. Once the cooking is done, you’ll gather around a communal table to savor the feast you’ve created. By the end of the class, you’ll have not only learned how to cook beloved Albanian dishes but also immersed yourself in the warmth of local hospitality and culinary traditions. Amazing experience in Tirana - must do!

5.00When I saw a cooking class that could accommodate a vegan - I was a little dubious. But I figured worse case scenario I would drink wine and eat a salad! My fears were unfounded however - I was able to make all 3 courses, the appetisers were plentiful, and Dervis was fantastic at making sure I knew exactly what everything was and what I could eat. The food was so delicious, the company excellent and the host - impeccable. Highly recommended for everyone, but if you're vegan you should definitely book - best food you'll eat in the city.

5.00This was an amazing experience. The food was amazing and I was so happy to learn to make it, and it was so much fun. I had a very lively group who made it a great time, and the teacher made it very enjoyable for us. He gave great tips and insight on the cooking as well. I highly suggest this cooking class!

5.00I booked this as an activity for my best friends hen do. We had an amazing time. It was lovely to do something cultural whilst in Albania. Our host Dervis was lovely and very knowladgable and we made some delcious food. All the girls loved the experice and there was a lot of food. Worth every penny, would reccomend to anyone traveling to Tirana
