Al-Fateh Grand Mosque

This will be our first stop where we would take pictures of you. Ahmed Al-Fateh Mosque is located in Manama, Bahrain's capital, and is part of an Islamic center. The center includes the mosque, a department for Qur'anic studies and an Islamic library. Construction work of Ahmed Al-Fateh Center began in 1984. It was opened in 1988 by the late Amir of Bahrain, Sheikh Isa bin Salman Al-Khalifa. The mosque occupies an area of 6,500 square meters and it can accommodate up to 7000 worshippers.

Photo stop for in Bahrain Bay, Stand in front of Bahrain World Trade Center and Bahrain Financial Harbour. The Bahrain World Trade Center is a 240-metre-high, 50-floor, twin tower complex located in Manama, Bahrain. Designed by the multi-national architectural firm Atkins, construction on the towers was completed in 2008. It is the first skyscraper in the world to integrate wind turbines into its design. Bahrain Financial Harbour is a waterfront commercial development project located on the northern shore of Manama, the capital city of Bahrain. Costing $1.5 billion and covering an area of 380,000 square meters, the two main Harbour Towers were officially opened in May 2007.
