3.00The is my third trip to Salem. For the most part it was ok. Most things were closed because it is early in the season .

4.00The set up was a little stressful (required downloading two apps while paused on a sidewalk), but once we got things downloaded and set up, it was a great tour experience! I would definitely recommend downloading ahead of time, but also why do there need to be TWO different apps?

5.00We enjoyed the walking tour and its ease of use once we got started. We did as suggested and got everything ready with the app before leaving the house. The tour is easy to follow and has alternate stops and routes if you want to learn more. We had our teenaged grandson with us and he found it very informative too.

3.00Self guided walking tour is a good premise but the technology didn’t work the way it was explained. I’d stand in front of an historic site and no message. Then I would get in my car or a restaurant and it would start describing things that were not near me!
