What makes our workshop stand out is the perfect combination of creating and indulging. Not only will you learn to craft traditional Belgian chocolates, but you’ll also enjoy Belgian beer during the session, elevating the tasting experience. We focus on both the fun and educational sides of chocolate making, with a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere that encourages creativity and enjoyment. Children (<16 years) should be accompanied by an adult on a 1:1 basis.
We only serve alcoholic drinks for participants of 18 years old and above. Minor participants below 18 years old will be served non-alcoholic drinks.
The workshop is in English as people from all over the world participate. Our hosts can translate some parts if necessary.
Each chocolate station, also known as a chocolatière, is shared by two participants.
We use dark chocolate for crafting the praline shells. Milk chocolate is used for the ganache filling.
Age requirement: This workshop is for participants aged 12 and older.

5.00This was a very fun workshop. Anna (our instructor) was so warm and friendly, we learned a lot. You don’t actually make the chocolate from the nibs, that would take way too long! You do start with very high quality Belgian chocolate that is delicious. You learn to temper it, mold and fill it etc. You also get to try some great local Belgian beers. You make quite a few chocolates to take with you. Overall, my husband and I had a great time!
