You will enjoy a guided tour in the 3 hectares of vineyard surrounding the winery, followed by a visit with explanations of the wine production site, bottling room and oak cask maturation room of our boutique winery. In a very pleasant and cosy ambient your senses will be delighted by the tasting of 5 of our premium wines presented by a sommelier. Beginners, and not only, will find out more of wine tasting techniques. The tasting will be associated with a platter of cheeses and salamis. Here we have a saying.."Wine loosens tongues and binds friends". We hope that you will come to us as visitor and you will leave as a friend of us and of good quality wine.

5.00We had an absolutely wonderful time visiting Gabai Winery, and it is truly a beautiful, magical place. From the moment we arrived, the owners made us feel incredibly welcome with their warm and genuine hospitality. The owner, Gabriel, personally took us on a tour of the entire estate. He shared the fascinating history of the winery with so much passion, which gave the whole experience a deeply personal touch and showed exactly what makes this place so unique and special. Of course, the wine tasting was a major highlight! We sampled a fantastic variety, including a dry Muscat, a beautiful rosé, an Italian Riesling, and two excellent red wines. Every single one of them was absolutely superb and crafted to perfection. If you are looking for stunning views, exceptional wines, and a truly heartfelt welcome, Gabai Winery is a must-visit. We cannot recommend it highly enough!

5.00The wines at this winery are a wonderful discovery. All of Gabai's wines are delicious, of course, but the Riesling and Moscato white wines are particularly exceptional. I would encourage wine lovers to try them for themselves.
