Excellent way to see the island on your own terms

5.00We booked online directly for €60 for the day. We have been to Madeira before and done tours of the East so wanted to see the West of the Island. The Vespa we had was a 125CC GTS Super Sport in gold. It had a back rest and a top box and stored my back pack easily. We had a helmet each which were stored under the seat and in the top box when parked up so no need to carry them around. We didn't borrow a jacket but they were there if you wanted one, along with gloves for the driver. My husband found it easy to ride (he has a Triumph Bonneville at home but completely different to ride!), and it was quick enough for 2 people. We went up the winding mountain roads to Nun's Valley, across to São Vicente, then Seixal, up in to the mountains again to Fanal Forest and then back to Funchal and it never missed a beat. It was very comfy and I as a passenger felt very safe, even on the fast roads and in rain! We could have had the Vespa until the following morning but we had a boat trip planned so dropped it off outside the building around 7.30pm. We were surprised how fast the day went and didn't manage to fit everything in but we had a great time at our own pace. It was easy to communicate with the company by WhatsApp and queries were answered almost immediately. Highly recommended!

5.00I rented a scooter from Miguel for 4 days and was completely satisfied. Although he was not on the island himself at the time, he organized everything well and asked a friend to do the handover with me. Both his friend and Miguel were very friendly and helpful. Everything was explained to me superbly, and the return of the deposit also went without any problems. In addition, Miguel informed me via WhatsApp about the stormy weather the next day, which I found very nice. I can really highly recommend this scooter rental!

5.00Very nice owner , who also had a few tips ready. The Vespa was in very good condition and was perfect for exploring the island in an exciting way. Helmet and jackets are provided, nothing was missing . The owner could be reached all day via WhatsApp and the return was also made without any problems. We'll be back!

5.00Great Vespa rental experience in Madeira. The location is just a short walk from the cruise port, making everything very easy. The Vespa GTS was in top condition, and they only offer the latest models. Miguel was extremely friendly and gave us excellent tips on the best places to see. We had a fantastic time.
