Konjic
Konjic is a town and municipality located in Herzegovina-Neretva Canton of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, an entity of Bosnia and Herzegovina. It is located in northern Herzegovina, around 60 kilometres (37 mi) southwest of Sarajevo. It is a mountainous, heavily wooded area, and is 268 m (879 ft) above sea level. The municipality extends on both sides of the Neretva River. As of 2013, it has a population of 26,381 inhabitants. The town is one of the oldest permanent settlements in Bosnia and Herzegovina, dating back almost 4000 years; the city in its current incarnation arising as an important town in the late 14th century. Konjička Stara Ćuprija (Stara Ćuprija = English: Old Bridge) was built between 1682 and 1683 by Ali-aga Hasečić (as shown by a stone plaque at the centre of the bridge). It was built over six slightly pointed stone arches. It is the best-preserved Ottoman bridge in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The arches were destroyed by the retreating German army in March 1945. The bridge was rebuilt in its original state between 2003 and 2009. The bridge is now proclaimed a National Monument of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The Memorial Complex of the Battle on the Neretva in Jablanica Includes the transfer and visit to the city of Jablanica.The Memorial Complex of the Battle on the Neretva in Jablanica is dedicated to the Battle on the Neretva. In order to mark this event with dignity and integrity, the Memorial Complex was opened on 12 November 1978 to mark the 35th anniversary of the Battle of the Neretva. The Memorial Complex included the Monument on Makljen near Prozor, designed by Boško Kućanski. The Complex in Jablanica and the Monument on Makljen was ceremonially opened by Josip Broz Tito.Following the then practice of building memorial museums at authentic historic sites, the complex in Jablanica was also built at the place where the crucial moment of the operation took place,the fateful passage across the Neretva river and the rescue of the wounded and sick, while the Monument on Makljen was built at the site where partisans fought decisive battles to protect the central hospital. The Monument on Makljen was later handed over to Prozor Municipality.In 2009, the Commission to Preserve National Monuments of BiH designated the historic site - the memorial complex of the Battle on the Neretva in Jablanica as a National Monument of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Amazing day trip to Mostar and Herzegovina

5.00This was easily one of the highlights of our trip to Bosnia and Herzegovina. We joined the Mostar and Herzegovina tour and loved every stop along the way. Blagaj was absolutely beautiful, Počitelj felt like stepping back in time, and Kravice Falls was the perfect place to relax before heading back. Of course, Mostar was amazing and seeing the Old Bridge in person was something special. A big thank you to Kemal for making the day even better. He shared interesting stories about the history and culture of the region without overwhelming us with information, and the whole tour felt very relaxed and personal. Everything was well organized, from the pickup to the transport, and we never felt rushed despite seeing so much in one day. Highly recommended if you're staying in Sarajevo and want to experience the best of Herzegovina.

4.00Fabulous and plenty of time in each of the places of interest. Amazing views. Our guide and driver Denisa is a sweet girl and a good driver except that we really didn’t like that she was texting a lot while driving. She is also very quiet for a tour guide. She never really told us any histories, stories etc or any introduction about the places. She’s just like our own personal driver to the sights and back. We didn’t mind it so much as she was pleasant enough.

5.00Great guide was great, the van/bus was really nice, and was coordinated very well. I was chaperoning a school group of 12 students, and booked this with only two days notice, and the organizers were very communicative and gave a bunch of options for me to choose. The kids loved the stops, learned alot about each of them, and had time to explore on their own. I would recommend this to anyone, whether traveling with only a few friends, to a larger group like myself. It is well worth your time.

Great experience with Muammar

5.00We were the only ones on this tour so it became a private tour for just me and my mum. We were really grateful to Muammar for not cancelling and still taking us. It was a great day with beautiful sights and we learnt a lot. Jablanica is much more beautiful than I imagined and we are glad we did a tour that included this - Muammar also stopped us at a restaurant nearby for a photo opportunity so we could see the view and the roasted lambs on spits that the area is known for. The Blagaj tekke is stunning and ended up being our favourite part of the day! Muammar is very passionate about his country and is very friendly. He speaks very good English but my mum also speaks Bosnian so they had some lengthy chats during the day about all topics. She really enjoyed herself, saying it was her favourite day in Bosnia. I imagine it is very tiring doing a private tour and speaking non stop (especially having to go between Bosnian with my mum and English with me) but he was very patient and had high energy levels throughout. My mother also uses a crutch to walk so I was a little worried about the tour beforehand but he was flexible and made adjustments for her which was very much appreciated. I would definitely book with this company/Muammar again. In Mostar we also bumped into other tourists who had done a tour with him and they greeted us too saying what a lovely time they had had with him on a different tour. So clearly customer satisfaction is high all around!

1.00i had the worst experince i had a plan to visa bosnia and i reserved this trip and i was very excited but my visa got rejected so i had to cancel my trip and wanted a refund and then they sent me an email that i will be refund it within two weeks now its been more than 4 mounths and i have still not been refunded i have called the suppourt many many times and they always answer the same and send me the same email that i should be refuanded talk with your bank and when i ask for thair supervioser they just ignore me be carefull from this please if anyone can help please do.

4.00Muammar our guide/driver was very good, friendly and informative. Love the tour - we did so much! Wish we could stay longer in Mostar but I guess as it’s a day trip and we had to cover a lot, it’s not possible. Love the tour! Highly recommended!
