Overview of your Tour..
Learn to identify some of the wild and medicinal plants that grow on Dominica's topography. Especially those that locals use for medicine.
Plants used for tea, cooking and bush rums.
Enjoy the scenic drive from the south to the center of the island before we make our stop to explore some areas around the Morne trois pitons National park for Plants. Jako Falls and Spanny Twin Falls; there we'll gather the herbs that we'll later use to make tea at our final Location: Ti Kwen Glo cho; An enchanting garden with naturally heated mineral water pools and cold showers. Quite a therapeutic experience.

We make our first stop at Jacko Falls to view the waterfall and discover some wild and medicinal plants growing in the area.

5.00Danny is exceptionally knowledgeable and passionate about what he does. My expectations were definitely met, I learned a lot from him. He created a welcoming atmosphere and answered all of our questions. One of the stops on the tour we had already been to and he was happy and willing to switch it out with a different location. Definitely would recommend this tour to anyone visiting Dominica!

5.00Danny (or Ijahdan) was a terrific guide when we came to do a herbalism tour. My goal was to learn more about traditionnal medicine in the Caribbean and I was delighted to find a tour focusing on the matter. His knowledge of the Dominican nature is vast and it was a very original way to discover the island! Thank you again and all the best for the futur

5.00Exceptional experience! This wild and medicinal tour exceeded all expectations. We explored so many beautiful places, and Danny’s depth of knowledge was truly impressive. He was incredibly patient with all of our questions and took the time to explain everything in a thoughtful, engaging way. You could tell he genuinely cared about our experience and wanted us to get the most out of it as well as apply what we learned in our own lives for healing and overall health. I had such a wonderful time and would highly recommend this tour to anyone interested in learning while enjoying nature. I would love to go again and again! ♥

5.00Danny was a great guide and very knowledgeable about the plants he pointed out to us. He has a lot of wisdom passed down from the generations before that he graciously shares and you can tell that he is passionate about healing with what earth so abundantly provides. I left feeling like I could probably survive atleast 3 days tops!! in the rainforest ;) The Falls were really lovely and the highlight of our trip were the sulphur baths. He was very flexible with our schedule since we'd already seen one of the sites from the itinerary so we were able spend more time there relaxing in the baths. Loved every bit of it :)

5.00First day on the island and got to see many things. The tour guide never made us feel rushed, was entertaining but gave us private time, went out of his way to find the fruit we wanted (soursop). Tour guide was timely and I’m sure would be willing to provide a tour that meets requests/needs of tour group.

5.00Private tour, excellent guide who can answer just about any question about Dominica, how plants are used, and guide around the busloads of tourists at the usual spots. Enjoyed it all even with the rain.
