Step 1: Booking Your Transfer Book your shuttle easily online by selecting your preferred date, time, and transfer type (private or shared). Provide your flight details, contact information, and any special requests during checkout. You’ll receive an instant confirmation with all the necessary information. Step 2: Flight Monitoring and Preparation Upon confirmation, we monitor your flight status to adjust pick-up times in case of delays or early arrivals. Your assigned driver and vehicle details will be sent to you ahead of time for a seamless experience. Step 3: Arrival and Meet & Greet After landing at Hosea Kutako International Airport, collect your luggage and proceed to the arrivals hall, where your driver will be waiting with a sign displaying your name. If you have trouble locating your driver, you can call or WhatsApp us at +264814331648 or email us at omayangatransfers@gmail.com for immediate assistance. Step 4: Assistance and Boarding Our friendly driver will assist you with your luggage and guide you to your air-conditioned vehicle. Enjoy complimentary bottled water and Wi-Fi onboard for a comfortable ride. Step 5: The Journey Sit back and relax as our experienced driver takes you safely to your destination. You can request brief stops if needed, and your driver will be happy to share local tips and insights. Step 6: Drop-Off at Your Destination You’ll be dropped off directly at your accommodation or specified location in Windhoek. Before parting, your driver will ensure you have everything you need and assist with unloading your luggage.
